“Received a notification on email that the tow hitch we wanted was finally available. Got at appointments through the Tesla app as it's made easy. Arrived and of course, there's a line but went by fast. Dominic helped us and received a Black Tesla 3 loaner for the few hours while they fixed our car. Really great customer service for our Tesla Y Performance. Transaction was easy set up for the loaner on the app. The show room was nice. Some new cars available for purchase on the lot available instead of by order. Of course, I wish for the Model S Plaid! Love that car! Ordering a Tesla is way easier than other car dealers; no hassles or haggling. Received notification our car was ready via app and got the car right away. Easy service with them. Service at least, for this location. Friendly folks here!”

“Brought my vehicle to this location twice previous to Covid and once during, all within the time frame to have the paint repaired. Was the Pilot with the well know white paint issues. Was constantly delayed by them until recently they’ve stated they can no longer help. Went to corporate for assistance and they’ve stated nothing can be done now and that the dealership should have handled it. In the mean time, I have what should be a beautiful vehicle with a lot of life left that instead looks like it’s falling apart. Thanks for nothing Honda. Highly recommend you avoid purchasing from this dealership and or Honda in general, they don’t follow through on their word or back their products. Extremely shady.”

“So far we are super happy with our new 2023 Forester Wilderness. Took it to the coast on our first weekend and driving it felt great. Also it didn't even occur to me how nice it is to sit on the tailgate on the beach. Wayne was super nice and friendly and minimal sales pressure. We had gone to the jeep dealership a few months prior and the guys there were so relentless it gave us nightmares for weeks. It was nice to have a more gentle sales experience here. Will update the review once we have some interaction with the maintenance/parts folks to see how that goes.”

“Pre-Approved Auto loan buyers beware. I was lied to from the beginning till the end & if they promise you anything I would recommend you to have them put it in writing or record their voice. I came to Acura Fremont to buy a used car from their lot. I had an approval letter from my Bank (pre-approved auto loan) that has a relationship with this dealership. My bank told me it should be a fast transaction, quick in and out. The dealership wanted to do a light credit check to verify me with my Bank (not exact words). I called my Bank to verify & I was told this is common. So, I gave the dealership my information & approval letter. This process took almost an hour & they gave me some paperwork to sign & I was on my way. Later I found out they did not do a light credit check, the dealership ran a full credit check & applied for another auto loan with my Bank, I’m assuming they did this to get commission for the loan. This was done without my consent & I was misled to sign the papers because that was the process. When I called them to change the loan to my original application with my bank they declined to do so. They denied everything & basically told me to deal with it. My advice to you is, there are a lot of Acura dealerships in the Bay Area & you should take your business elsewhere. In my opinion, this car was purchased in an auction, & dropped in the lot for sale without any maintenance work. No tune up, oil change nothing. I have pictures of dashboard filter & spark plugs, unbelievable. update 10/31/23 to the manager at the dealership who is trying to reach out to me. I will not talk over phone because no one at the dealership wants to talk on record (recording conversation). You can contact me via email, the internet Sales Consultant has my information.”

“I got servicing and wheel alignment done at the dealership after installing new tires. started hearing a knocking noise after I got the car back from them. checked under the car and to my horror the tie rod lock nut was completely loose. i checked the other wheel just in case, and I could loosen the lock nut with my hand. this could have been bad for my family and me. I left them a voicemail, an email, and logged an issue through their website, yet no one called me back. I was able to reach out to them today and they've asked me to bring the car in to check the issue. I'll update the review after I get an update from them tomorrow”
