“I recently financed a 2011 BMW 328xi 6-speed manual and I very satisfied with how Jerry and his team handled my financial situation. After getting approved for the car they told that me there was something wrong with the VANOS solenoid and there was small coolant leak from the reservoir. Jerry said he will have this fixed and for me to wait until his mechanic fixes it. After waiting almost a week he calls me and tells me that the solenoid is on backorder and he doesn't know when the part will be available so he said that he'll replace the motor and that I'm gonna have to wait until his mechanic finishes everything up. After waiting for about a week I call Jerry to ask if the car is ready and it was ready with a fresh new motor and zero issues. It rode perfectly on the way home. I recommend purchasing your next vehicle from here after getting denied at so many other places Texans Auto Group got me approved. “Update: My car has returned and is working properly. Thanks George for updating me on what all was going on with my car and making sure it was corrected. The customer service shown here has been great. Update: My car was picked up 6/20/23 someone reached out to me and informed me my car would be a priority. Today is 6/22/23 hopefully I hear an update in regards to my car. As iv stated customer service has not been an issue my rating is strictly bad on my car performance. Customer service was superb. This rating is for the Fact that I purchased my vehicle 6/16/23 today is 6/19/23 my car shut off completely three time I now have it parked. I’m not a heavy driver so it wasn’t until today when I actually used my car to get back and forth to work that everything went downhill. On my way my car shut completely down at the red light, twice and on my way home not only did the oil light come on but so the the check engine light it is slow to pick up speed drops speed as I am driving! Was told that they could service my car but it will not be until 6/29 the worst!!!!!!”

“My wife and I had decided we needed to get a new car. So, since we had dealt with community Kia in the past, we decided to give them a fair shake at trying to get our business once again. My wife had been talking to the credit unions we deal with and Jose Arevalo at KIA from 9 AM to 7 PM. Even though both my wife and I have a credit rating of over 700, we could only get an APR of 7.4%. But the KIA Finance Department was able to give us a 5% APR. The people running the Baytown Community KIA are very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and the most importantly, very patient. I have no problem sending business to these people. They took care of us very well. When our business was all done, it was actually past closing. They offered to have our vehicle cleaned inside and out, then deliver to our home address the following day by noon. As far as I was concerned this was the icing on the cake.”

“Got a "Service Steering Column" warning code on my dash while driving. Took my truck to the nearest dealership because I wasn't sure if it was safe to drive. That dealership charged me $423.39 for a diagnostic test including a $39 fee for the repair cost estimate. (Average electrical diagnosis cost for my truck is $196-$250 in this area). They told me the module needed to be replaced, gave me a $1,106.70 repair estimate and tried to reel me in by saying the diagnostic fee would go towards the repair cost. I contacted USA Car Expo where I purchased my truck from for an estimate, they quoted me $300. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It was much cheaper for me to pay the ridiculously high diagnostic test and tow my truck here for the repair. Turns out, my module was 'A-OK', I simply needed a $20 fuse replaced. They charged me $125 for their diagnostic test and changed the fuse. I ended up spending $700 overall due to that other dealerships price gouging. Lesson learned! I was literally sick without my truck! I purchased AAA for tow service so no matter where I am I can bring my truck here for service! These guys have the best customer service, everyone is super friendly, they explain everything in detail and they're fair! I highly recommend USA Car Expo for you next vehicle purchase and service needs!”

“Garbage!! Do yourself a favor and dodge this bullet. Cars look good on outside but don’t run good at all. Next day after purchasing car wouldn’t start and multiple lights on dash.Alex was rude as hell when I tried to get the situation rectified. I was told that they would not speak to me until I delete the negative review from online. These are scammers. Had my Range Rover sport towed to their shop and I was made to pay for the repair. I was pissed but needed my vehicle. They kept truck 4 days when I finally got it back it cut off again. This time I was taking my kids to school. They are highly aware their vehicles are trash that’s why someone has to ride with you to test drive the vehicles. STAY AWAY, you’ve been warned!!”

“I just wanted to share my experience in dealing with Corvette World Houston. My regular mechanic "Franks Corvettes" had closed last year and I had to find a new shop that specialized in Corvettes. I heard a very wrong noise coming from my 2012 Grand Sport and I knew it had to be addressed. One call to Corvette World and I knew I was in good hands. Dylan was very helpful, explaining what the noise was (torque tube) and what it may cost to fix it. Once they got my car in their shop, they went over everything and found that I had a couple other issues that needed to be addressed. Bottom line is that my vette has never run better and I appreciate the attention to detail that Dylan and the CW staff provided. He even worked with me on the labor cost, very cool ! However, the most important thing to me was when I asked Dylan if he would store my car inside as she is always garage kept and never subjected to the elements. He told me that he would see what he could do. Fast forward to the day I came for my car. I was walking around the showroom looking at all the beautiful C7's and C8s and noticed a group of C6s. As I looked closer I said to myself that kinda looks like my Vette. Upon closer inspection, I was like "son of a gun" that is my car ! The staff at Corvette World Houston had my car in their showroom proving that hey cared about my corvette as much as I do ! That, to me was everything. I'm a customer for life and highly recommend Corvette World Houston, they are outstanding !”
