“We were lucky enough to receive a Ballon Aloft gift voucher some time ago, which included flight and champagne brekkie post event. Despite two previous attempts to get up in the air - one at Hunter Valley, the other Mudgee (both cancelled due to weather) we were lucky to get up in the air this morning on what was a glorious morning. What an amazing experience! I can thoroughly recommend flying with Balloon Aloft. Our two previous failed attempts meant rebooking each time and communication with the office staff has been nothing but brilliant. Other location choices provide some nice alternatives as well. Shout out to our pilot today - Byron, not only a man with considerable experience, but also willing to involve everyone in the experience this morning and his good humour and commentary made for a great experience. His crew were friendly and professional. Unlike some experiences - professional photos taken by Ballon Aloft of our flight today were provided free of charge with a simple airdropping over brekkie. Breakfast at Peterson House was also outstanding. I would certainly fly with Balloon Aloft again.”

Clear and reasonable instructions were provided by the lovely lady at reception on how to maneuver onto the site to ensure a perfect outcome for the sites longevity and our use of it. Highly recommend for families due to the close and easy access to water play facilities, aquatic center and bike paths around the river.”

“Extremely happy with Skypark. The entire process is easy from booking to drop off and pick up. The undercover parking is located just 13 minutes drive from Melbourne Tullamarine airport. The car plate recognition at the gate that makes it really easy, just park the car and proceed to ground floor management office where we were greeted by our friendly driver Terry. The pick up is easy too where you just need to click on the sms link to book the pick up when you reach the pick up zone (Brown). Will definitely use them again.”

“We joined in the 1 Day Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles Tour from Japan! We had unforgettable memories of Melbourne. The weather wasn’t the best but still the view was spectacular!! Also great appreciation to our tour guide Luke! He was such a nice and friendly tour guide, also gave us a lot of information and funny jokes! He was so attentive to everyone, like checking all feel happy for the seating at fist and keep taking care of air conditions and so on. Thank you so much for everything! “Very tight sites, $55 a night for 2 adults and 1 child. Reception unsure how big each site is, we watched multiple vans pull up to a site and go back to the office to try and find a longer site. Drive through sites are very narrow, once you have your awning out it is touching the van next door. Limited space to park your car by your van. Very old and dark amenities, I had to take a camping lantern to the showers. Pool is freezing cold. Very tight roads for big rigs. One of the ladies toilet blocks has 2 toilets out of order, 5 toilets total. About 50 vans sharing these amenities. The older part of the park has no lights at night and no pathways through to the amenities, meaning people are constantly walking through others sites. We will not be back. Amenities not cleaned, toilet paper not refilled and bins not emptied at all during our stay. Except for office staff at check-in there was no other staff visible.”

“A rather unfriendly and unhelpful staff member attended to my needs which I had already found out about on the phone on 24/12. He insisted if i purchased a premium RAA membership for my son it would have to be added to mine as a direct debit in order to be given the $10 off family discount.Unacceptable regardless if that is the rule as i also have RAA landlord insurance to which these rules don't apply. Unfortunately as there isn't another option for road service and I'm generally happy with the RAA as a member for decades I had to put up with this very stupid condition re giving a family member a RAA membership for Xmas and supposedly getting a rather small discount of $10.Didn't bother arguing as just didn't want to waste my breath.”
