“So you pay for parking and free shuttle service. They give you the number to call for pickup. So after being away for 53 days I get back at midnight and lots of luggage. We repeatedly called and texted with no response for 45 minutes. Finally had to get a grab to take us to the park n fly. When we arrive both shuttle drivers there, I ask why no one respond. Their lame excuse was the office answers. Well guess what not my problem. We were paying for a service they never fulfilled. Also when we get their with grab they had moved our car and then had to wait more for them to retrieve our car when we pull up where it was supposed to be. DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS, THEY DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.”
