“Nice and helpful staff -- it makes all the difference! The first time I used the current outdoor parking lot, I forgot where I'd left my car! It was very late -- close to midnight, and the shuttle said quietly, don't worry. He told me if I was willing to wait while I drop the other passengers off [yes, of course I was], he'd drive me around until we find my car. Which he did. Unforgettable!”

“Fast and efficient, well staffed security. Easy parking. Nice restrooms. Ample seating at the gate with charging stations at almost every seat. This is a smaller airport and currently under construction, but well maintained and staffed. I look forward to visiting when construction is complete, and I hope Alaska adds a direct flight to Boise from this airport! Construction is done!! Airport is looking nice and new, front entrance is fully operational. Airport was crowded today, so glad I had an hour for security. Easy security process. Happy to have access to this Airport in Sonoma County!”

“I fly frequently from the San Francisco Airport, and my flights are almost always really early in the morning. I have parked at Anza many times. Their shuttle service is unbeatable. Often when I park there, the shuttle driver sees me pull in and starts driving toward my car. He often gets to my car before I even unpack. When you get on the shuttle, he hands you a ticket with your parking space noted on there. Upon arrival back home, I give the driver my ticket, and he drops me off at my car. The shuttles run continuously as opposed to other lots where there is a fixed schedule, usually every half hour. When I get my luggage, I call them on my cell phone and tell them my terminal. The wait is rarely long. You can find cheaper off-airport parking, but time is money, and it's worth the cost.”

“If u wanna park at lax with reasonable price so this place is Good choice and also you can avoid traffic around departures or arrival, shuttle bus is available from parking lot to airport and also in return, The place is clean and so many spot. Waiting area in parking lot kind of tricky coz no assigned place or specific sign where you can wait. The sign only mention to terminal, so I just hardly guess to follow the sign “ to terminal “ until u see the kiosk for paying the parking. So that where u can wait, Waiting time from parking lot not really taking too long, U can booked in advance if u want”

“I have been flying in and out of this airport for a little over ten years with zero complaints. Baggage claim is as easy and pain-free as can be and security takes all of 5 minutes. From car to gate takes about 10 minutes without checking bags. Rental cars are plentiful through National/Enterprise and Avis also opened a new location on site. Weather can be a cause of delays and cancelations during the foggier times of the year but there is word of upgrading to a ILS CAT III so hopefully those issues will be drastically reduced. Hope to see the day they add a tower”
