“Well, unsure entirely why it changed, but first they stopped price matching against online retailers, which I understand. Was told then, whoever they price match has to have a store front, meaning a place you physically can go in to buy things. Today, they said they no longer price match Walmart, now only other auto competitors (Napa, O'Reilly, etc). It changed "three months ago because Walmart is too cheap," cashier said "well go to Walmart then." Offered a 10% courtesy discount which was nice, but I receive one already as a veteran. Went to O'Reilly, they priced matched Walmart on oil and filters no problem, said they would price match Summit as well, did my military discount and out the door I went. Sorry AutoZone, been going there for 20 years but O'Reilly is where I go now. 🤙🫡”

Not only did he explain I should wait to open/wash the windows after as few days to let the tint cure but there were reminder stickers placed on my window controls. That’s good service! I paid over $100 cash to schedule an appointment to have my 2020 Ram 1500 BigHorn an evaluation to decide what kind of speakers to replace the originals with because it was Pre-owned and the speakers were playing bad and muffled. Sad to say I was hit in the truck before the scheduled appointment and it was totaled out. I ended up getting a brand new truck the following week and went back to Duck's to get my deposit back because I am not going to probably ever need it again. They refused to give me back my hard earned money saying that it has to be credited to the store. Now why is that when I wrecked the truck and have a brand new vehicle? You can't force someone to spend money in your establishment. That's Strong Arming 100%. So I gave you cash that I didn't need used anymore but if I don't ever need any audio or car help that this one location business or any other business has then you keep my money? I don't need your store credit. I'm suppose to be moving back to Louisiana in a few months. You guys get business. I've even referred a few people to you guys and they were satisfied. That's kinda being hard up for business and money to be honest. I am suppose to be awarded store credit if I used my card. I gave you cash and I should get my cash back. Just like any transaction that wasn't used. There's a clause in there somewhere and I'm not hurting for money at all but I am seeking legal advice regarding this matter. People are horrible rip offs. You can't keep my money and I never used your services PERIOD !!!! You guys never got the chance to even see my vehicle so what's the problem? And you can't say that you missed out on business do to my appointment because there were several appointment openings I was able to choose from The first picture is when I brought the truck. I purchased this truck on October 22nd. I came in Duck's audio on November 11th. Wrecked my truck on November 14th.As you can see on the second picture I can upload the picture of the incident report if you want. And I came into Duck's Audio on December 9 to get my deposit after coming back into town due to a family death. So how was it months later?!? This place is a rip off”

“Came in to have a touch screen and back up camera installed on Friday. Was told it would not be done till sometime before they close today on Saturday at 3pm. It was not finished until 4pm and I received my car with scratched and chunks takin out of my center console. Only one speaker is now working and my car is in arguably worse condition then it was coming in.. they closed and left right as I got my car and before I could realize what damage was actually done. I will be contacting you on Monday to figure this out because this is NOT ok. the radio was not even put in flush... last picture is before the damage// EDIT!! After taking it in the next business day they took care of me 100% fixed everything and even ordered me a new center console to replace the damaged! Would recommend! They stand on their word and I’ll do business with them again”
