“This is the lowest score iv ever had to give through out all of my reviews. My partner was charged for a service that had no results.Went to other auto repairs and they said they wouldn't charge. Emailed through twice through to management and had no reply . Rang the store to talk to the manager and he was confident in the service he provided saying it covered labour costs and that was their policy . I do not agree and would not recommend this store at all. By the looks of other reviews the manager needs some serious Management training on customer service skills. WHY DID YOU DELETE YOUR REPLY FROM MY REVIEW. PLEASE PUT IT BACK UP SO I CAN RESPOND ACCORDINGLY”

“Absolute pain and waste of time to deal with. ! Would definitely not recommend ! Received an expensive faulty part that lasted a week, was refused warranty and was directly blamed for the fault before even being inspected. Spoke to 5 different people over the span of 5 days, being told 5 different stories - each promising the world after a long waited, “call back the following day”. After an extended period of time, the so called manager returned to her thriving team. I was stripped from the discount and alternative that I had previously been promise and told that I would have to buy another at full price. On top of that, i would also have to pay for an expensive shipping fee of almost $60 for the part to arrive on time to accomodate for all the time and energy spent wasted screwing me around all week rather than sorting out the issue on day one. All up, this venture would have put me $790 out of pocket if I had accepted this poor customer service. Thankfully, Autobarn isn’t the only place around town that sells parts lol.”

With the storms predicted over Christmas we were a bit worried about possible hail damage. “My partner had a new info screen and head unit put into her car. We initially went somewhere else that was in our suburb but found the staff condescending and unhelpful. When we arrived at Autobarn at Domain, they were very busy but made time for us. My partner just wanted to be able to use Apple Carplay and wasn't looking for extra gadgets. Darcy directed us to a well priced and reliable unit that suited her needs. After looking at the installation parts it seemed her model car wasn't supported. But Darcy did accept that and thought outside of the box. He managed to order the parts from a supplier not usually used by them. After waiting an extra week for those parts (he advised us of the wait) we got the unit installed in a prompt manner and Darcy even took time to explain how it all worked and help sync her phone to the new unit. To look at the installation, you would think it was meant to be there as a genuine part. It works extremely well and there was no mess either from their work. We can't thank Darcy enough, he guided us from sale to installation. Thank you. Highly recommend.”
