“I love the fact that current retail institutions like supercheap auto have adapted to current technology in terms of searching for suitable servicing needs by simply selecting your vehicle in cart , or running your registration through their search engine. Sadly, however, this is absolutely flawed at this store. There is nothing more frustrating than walking into a building that doesn't have free public wifi access, yet cellular coverage is also compromised by the concrete foundations. To make matters worse, they have done away with catalogues and have QR codes to scan. Wouldn't be such a problem if the staff on the floor wanted to actually serve customers, but this wasn't the case today. Terrible Service .”

“Normally they’re good but I had the rudest employee today. The old short woman with shoulder length grey hair told me they don’t do diagnostics because “we are not mechanics” when I asked if they could have a look at my brake rotors and let me know if they look ok. So then I asked if she could help me find the right brake pads and she started huffing and said “we don’t have parts for Volkswagens”. I asked if she was serious about not having parts for an entire brand of car and apparently so. I got told to go see a mechanic for an issue which does not need one. I’m just appalled at how someone can be so snarky and so rude at 8:30 in the morning and offer absolutely zero help. Went straight over to my usual super cheap and not only did they come out and have a look at the rotors, they advised me, found the parts and gave me tips to replace the brake pads myself - the usual super cheap experience. That woman needs to retire if she can’t hold a good mood and do her job properly. I rather drive further to a better super cheap than receive this kind of attitude.”

“I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to this store While shopping in the Store, I was unfortunately subjected to a highly unprofessional and inappropriate conversation between the store manager, and other employees. During this conversation, I overheard the manager discussing my parenting. The comments made were not only deeply hurtful and judgmental but also a blatant violation of my privacy and respect as a customer. To have my parenting openly criticized and discussed in such a public setting was not only humiliating but also deeply offensive. I am appalled that a manager would engage in such unprofessional conduct, especially in a position of authority within the store. This behaviour not only reflects poorly on the store but also on the overall culture and values of the establishment.if I could give 0 stars I would.”

“Sold me the wrong part and my vehicle is now stranded at home. On phoning them up they told me too bad, despite them understanding it was their fault. I brought in my drag link with attached broken tie rods into the shop and requested replacements. I told them it is an aftermarket product. I specially asked 2 people if the replacement tie rods are the same for both left and right and front and back and they both told me yes. I drove home and removed the existing drag link and tie rods and damaged them in the process. I went to install drag link and brand new tie rods and found one side required a reverse thread so was unusable. I called them up to complain and they said they would be happy to reimburse me for the product but could not help me otherwise. I told them I can’t as the vehicle now cannot be driven. They told me they can’t help me even though it was clear this 100% their fault. They told me to call their Wynnum store for the correct part (17min drive from me, instead of 20min drive to their shop). I asked if they could do this for me as they caused the whole issue to which they said no. I will never use this store again and also advise others to stay clear.”
