“Yesterday, December 16 I was at your car wash in Bergen op Zoom. After the car wash, I immediately noticed that the front bumper and one side of my car were scratched. You can clearly see many deep scratches and many small scratches. My car's paint was in perfect condition, so these defects were not present before this wash. The loss is quite considerable, as almost half of the car will need to be polished. I immediately informed your employee about this situation. He couldn't comment much, but I'm sure it happened at the car wash. If you want to see for yourself, I can come again and show the car, so you can assess the damage yourself. How will we handle this situation?”

“I talked with 3 different persons and they gived me 3 different prices when i was to pick up a car from service . ( the prices was 224, 282 and 483). They are not mechanics there, there are just parts changers. They quoted me 900 euros to check why the car have electric mailfuction( because it didn't show on tester why it's happening) beside the 190 for insepection. So i don't recommend them.”

“The place is very big and beautiful. But very very poor quality on service in vehicle repairs. The first time I left my van, they left it worse than when Van got to the workshop. My daughter bring the car to repair the headlight of the car and they left it the same as when the car arrived to the Garage. I repaired the headlight myself in the end. Recently and without thinking about the two bad experiences in the mechanical workshop, I enter my camper again to the same place for MOT (apk) They charged me €75.- for hitting it with a hammer until it caused more damage to the car. I could never recommend the service of that place. The three occasions that I left my cars for repairs in that place. I ended up repairing my vehicles myself. I will never, ever go there again.
