“My dad has been going to this glassman for 25+ years. He swore by it. I've been looking for a new perfect car for weeks. It was getting exhausting. Finally came here (would of came here sooner just a 50 minute drive from me) and very happy I did. Charley had such great energy and welcomed us as soon as we stepped in and made sure to help in anywayhe could. Made sure we could check out every car, explained details and price. Found a perfect one and am so happy with it so far. Got me down to a price I was very happy with and even paid for my new plate and tags! Alex was also a very good help and knew everything about every vehicle we asked about! She explained everything in my new car and how to use them. “Automatic minimal wash with lots of flashing lights but not much cleaning that did little for a truck size vehicle. No drying people and self vacuuming (weak) included in price. They seem to make most of their money selling clothes and drying accessories from a vending machine. Just wanted to get the dirt off on a sunny day but need to find another car wash to clean from the first. Not sure why it’s 4.5 stars. Quick and easy but not effective.”

“It was my first time going to this car wash. I wanted to love it and support it but my experience wasn’t great. I just visited the location in Parkland. I paid a total of $46 … for a premium exterior and interior wash/clean which I was told would include shampooing of the floor mats. (The gentleman helping at the payment kiosk even announced over the intercom my car make/model/color should have the carpets shampooed) here’s what my car looked like leaving - my car was full of very noticeable water spots - on the entire vehicle. My car looked worse leaving than it did entering. Also, the extra amount I paid to have the carpets shampooed- they weren’t. They asked me to leave the receipt on the dash , which I did. I figured they’d review it and see I paid extra to have the carpets shampooed-not sure what happened, but my floor mats were definitely not shampooed. Unfortunately, won’t be back.”

“5:30 January 10th 2024 There were 3 guys on shift & they all were ON THEIR PHONES but I didn’t get a picture of Duffy but these other 2 guys when asked for help refused to help me with anything because of “liability reasons” I just asked them to help me wipe my car for a big tip… So I wouldn’t have to be here FOREVER with my toddler. I didn’t ask them to do anything crazy. That’s what they’re here for?? To help people & get tips. That’s how all carwashes work. I feel like being on your phone is more of a liability than helping me wipe my car for an extra 20$. I just paid for a carwash and had to spend HOURS vacuuming out my car because the staff was useless & rude. & because I have a toddler that throws food everywhere!! I noticed my car didn’t get clean thoroughly, and I tried to ask Duffy for help. He got an attitude with me, then left & went inside to play on his phone. and then the guy with the Afro came up to me and started to get aggressive. He said “well we just don’t give out free car washes” and I said, “but I’m not happy with the one I PAID FOR. and y’all are just sitting here on your phones doing nothing and there’s nobody here. what’s the big deal? It’s not like I just came here asking for free stuff I just paid for a car wash. and then the guy with the Afro got more aggressive and told me to leave and then took a picture of my license plate like a psychopath!”

“My family and I love coming here! Also a great place to go with friends! NICE facility. The staff are great hosts. The racing is well run and the karts are FAST! Not everything goes perfect all of the time but they've always made it right if something affects our experience. I recommend buying a membership or package deals, you'll save quite a bit. We also enjoy the arcade games too. Best go-kart place I've been to!”

“Great wash, free use of the vacuums, mat cleaner, and towels! I typically go to the one on Monocacy, but stopped at this one today and was just as pleased. For $10 my car is clean inside and out. It is very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but I only waited about 7 minutes in the line to get through. The staff was very friendly. Definitely will go to this one again or the one on Monocacy. I really should just get a membership.”

The interior car wipegiven when paying is such a nice touch that makes this business stand out also since it's not necessarily required, but rather a little bonus. The drying could be better, but for $6 it's great I don't sign up for the Monthly pass because I usually just stop by here when I'm visiting family in Perris otherwise it's a fantastic deal Vacuums line the entry to accommodate tons of cars and fresheners and cleaners are also sold. I can do a better job cleaning the inside of my car. I’m not sure how you can vacuum and miss the things that are in the pictures.”

“Having a roof rack means my automated car wash options are very limited. I was in Modesto on other business and Googled Mapped my way to TipTop Express Car Wash. As I sat in my car, the attendant took my card and selected and paid for the $15.00 car wash that I chose. He then handed me a drying cloth, dashboard wiping cloth, and a new car smell air freshener. The attendant also performed a pre-wash/scrub of my front window, side mirrors, and grill. After the express automated car wash and dry was complete (about 5 minutes, I think), the attendant hand dried my windows -- as he talked on his cell phone. The 80°+ weather very quickly took care of the rest. This car wash was not the best, but it was better than nothing. And again, it was quick!”

“I thought I was going to get a normal car wash/detailing ended up at a car spa lol but they did an AWESOME job Anna got me right she was definitely doing her thing today. They even did a little inspection after they were done and told me I could come back for a little extra work they showed how much they care. They also pointed out some details that I had questions about myself on certain things that they said they could also take care of but it would take some time whenever I want it taken care of. I come here all the time but it’s always in and out because I never have time but glad I got the full detailing today truly needed it. “I have two Nissan SUV’s that I take in on a weekly basis, or when possible. Each time I have no problem with the washes. I like how simple it is to dry your own car. The Arab lady is very sweet, and I like how she makes the overall feel of the wash even better. Only downside is that most of the towels are wet , but I don’t blame her due to how many cars are coming in on a daily basis. I’m sure people will overlook that, and see that the value of the company is worth it!”
