“I would like to reach out and thank the maintenance team and in particular Mr. Kevin Molder at this VW Garage. On a recent visit to France, close to midnight, my car broke down on the side of the motorway. A recovery company was called and parked us in a nearby hotel (Ibis, also very good and helped us with rooms at nearly 0200 in the morning). At 0800 the next morning I met Kevin. He speaks excellent English and could not do more to help. The world needs more Kevins! By 0830 the fault was diagnosed. By 0845 a part was found in a garage 40 km away and Kevin arranged for the part to be supplied. by 0850 people were working on my car. By 1100 the part was in the building. By 1145 I was back in the car and driving it. Amazing Amazing Amazing! This is a 5 star service garage. The people are friendly, very knowledgeable and most importantly; they really want to help and they care about the customer! If you own a VW and are in the area, if you need anything at all, you won't find better than this Garage anywhere. Thank you Volkswagen Abbeville. I really appreciated your help and the top service!”
