“While it did take a month for my vehicle to be completed, having an open line of communication with one point of contact, their QUALITY work, and their generous deductible program more than made up for this inconvenience. -I was able to speak to 1 person during this whole process(mike) instead of being bounced around to different departments.He knew my vehicle and he knew who I was so I didn't have to reexplain the situation with a new person every time. -The work was perfect, I couldn't even tell I had been in an accident!. They even cleaned and vacuumed the interior which was such a nice surprise. - They stand by their deductible program you hear advertised. They will pay 10% of your deductible. No haggling was necessary. I would come back again!”

“As a truck driver, I love it. Lots of food options with showers and all. Lost a star for the lot, it is nice and has that classic kwik trip sized parking space, but a few too many kwik trip fuel trucks staying here. The lot isn't exactly massive, and they are day cabs. Wasted space”

“Manager is very rude. Kwik trip pump wasn't working I paid with my card all I had. My kids are in the car and couldn't get a refund or money put on another pump. Manager threatened to call the police on me instead of helping me resolve the issue. I don't think customer service is number one. I will be contacting corporate.”

“I've been driven by this car wash for over a decade and I thought how much better can it truly be it's a freaking car wash! Well let me tell you I didn't have to use the car wash but I used the vacuum to clean out my truck. Hands down the best vacuum for the best price and it lasts longer than anything I've ever used! Five stars two thumbs up. Kudos to you the owner of this establishment you did it right with the vacuum! I will now be coming to Delavan to clean out my car. Goodbye Elkhorn car wash.”
