“I went to this place while waiting for an appointment time to come around, so I know for a fact that I was there less than 10 mins as my appointment was in 15 min and I was not late. I put in my credit card and quickly washed and rinsed my car; I didn't dry it or vaccum it. Done in less than 10 mins and out. Two days later I am looking at my credit card info and I see a whopping $30 charge from Sparkles Car Wash; when I looked at the credit machine it had said $10. I will NEVER return to this rip-off joint ever again and I will tell anyone I can to avoid these greedy buggers! Disgusting! Update: I have changed my rating from one star to five stars because of the prompt response from the owner and the explaination that the $30 is only a pre-auth amount. Also appreciate the willingness of owner to work with me if it had been the case that I had not pressed the STOP button (which I know is not the case). Thank you!”

“Cash grab. Owner is clearly aware that the drying machine does not work, leaks air and does not dry, did not offer refund or take my advice he should put a “do not use sign” on drying machine. Clearly knows this thing is rubbish but collects the cash. Avoid this establishment..”
