“We have contracted snow removal service with them for the last 4 years for our business and have always been pleased with the service. I called them at last minute to see if they could remove the snow at my home this past weekend because we were on vacation. Although there was no guarantee because they had to honor their contracted customers, they said they would try to squeeze it in. They did an excellent job and saved us from having to shovel 8 inches of solid frozen snow in -25 temps! I would strongly recommend using their snow removal service if you want a reliable service that goes the extra mile for their customers.”

“I always enjoyed having a membership at Nascar car wash.Now its name has changed to Liquid Sunshine car wash.The owner of Liquid Sunshine a (older man) unfortunately does not have good customer service methods and has a nasty attitude towards customers.Thats no way to start a business.What has made matters worse is even after reviewing my account and clearly seeing I have been a faithful customer with a membership for years in no way did his attitude change. I was told by multiple employees that my monthly rates would be grandfathered in with new ownership.Well that was false because the owner does not want to honor my grandfathered in rate.Well guess what!! Now he has lost much more because he has lost my business of three vehicles because he chose to not show good faith by honering my grandfathered in rate. Also wanted to mention that even if my rate wasn't going to be honored I probably would have just lowered my plan from top tier car wash to a lower grade car wash to keep things affordable for me but with his bad costumer service this made me question if I even wanted to continue being a costumer of this establishment.I guess I will just have to find a new car wash unfortunately. Don't throw your money at an establishment that has no word, No good costumer service or show good faith when a costumer was promised something. Take responsibility for your employees don't have it fall onto a faithful costumer to the establishment.”

“This place was amazing from calling in to speak to someone about a quote for a full car detail, to scheduling it and answering all my questions. I was left in awe from when I got the car back. I’m going to let the pictures do the talking, but big shout out to Julie & her team as they did an amazing job on my car! S/N: My car had a scuff on the back rear panel and they were able to get it out and leave the car looking like the day I drove it out the lot! (They even went above and beyond by calling me and facetiming me to show me the results of the car) thank you so much! Definitely will be coming back and referring friends & family!”

“I signed up for a 2 month deal at $9.99 a month. I attempted to cancel before the trial ended but was still charged $40 for the next month. Not ideal but I wasn’t getting anywhere trying to prove that to the staff. Ok fine I was able to get 1 wash out of the $40 month and then the reader on my windshield failed. I was told it was a system issue and I would be contacted by the manager. I stopped in the office 3 times to talk to a manager about the issue and was never able to catch the “right” manager. I left my contact information multiple times and was never contacted by the manager. So at this point I was charged $40 for a month of washes that I wasn’t able to use. I don’t plan on visiting any Rainstorm locations if this is how well they treat customers.”
