“It was my first time going to this car wash. I wanted to love it and support it but my experience wasn’t great. I just visited the location in Parkland. I paid a total of $46 … for a premium exterior and interior wash/clean which I was told would include shampooing of the floor mats. (The gentleman helping at the payment kiosk even announced over the intercom my car make/model/color should have the carpets shampooed) here’s what my car looked like leaving - my car was full of very noticeable water spots - on the entire vehicle. My car looked worse leaving than it did entering. Also, the extra amount I paid to have the carpets shampooed- they weren’t. They asked me to leave the receipt on the dash , which I did. I figured they’d review it and see I paid extra to have the carpets shampooed-not sure what happened, but my floor mats were definitely not shampooed. Unfortunately, won’t be back.”

“I tried it despite the reviews and it wasn't a bad experience. 😊 Kids loved going thru the tunnel !! Good deals and discounted services. I think its a great option especially for people who like to keep up with weekly washes or daily washes.....Not a great option for those who neglect regular washes in my opinion... …”
