“If you want the very best for your car, take it to Pacific Hand Car Wash. They’ll make it look as good as new! My wife and I have black cars which show every speck of dirt, so getting them squeaky clean isn’t easy. We’ve been going to Pacific Hand Car Wash in Campbell for a basic “Detail Wash” regularly for years, Their hard-working crew have always done an outstanding job. They take at least half an hour vacuuming, washing, rinsing, and drying everything by hand, with meticulous attention to detail. Spending $70 for a car wash ($60 plus a 15% tip) may sound outrageous, but I don’t mind paying a premium price for high quality service, especially when I know that the work is fully guaranteed. Pacific Hand Car Wash is a small, independent businesses, owned and operated by the Tang family. You’ll usually find Kevin Tang behind the register at the Campbell location (the other is in San Jose). His black-and-white cat can sometimes be coaxed to sit on your lap which makes the long wait a bit more tolerable. Ditto for the talking parrot. I highly recommend Pacific Hand Car Wash!”

“Had my first visit here few weeks ago. The facility is good, the coin machines are up front. Vacuums are after you wash which is a bit strange to me. The time I visited, there were a lot of people but the car wash has a lot lanes, so they go fast.”

“Extremely poor service, both in terms of customer service and carwash quality. They washed my truck in 3 minutes and dried it in 3 minutes. An automatic carwash cleans the car better. There were so many dirty spots all over the place. I showed the spots and got a very rude reaction and basically was told not to come back and they know what they're doing. Even the inside was very dirty after the wash. Definitely not going back again and I advice everyone to do the same. These businesses should not exist until they learn to do honest with and respect their customers.”
