“Please don't go by the negative reviews. My mom was admitted this afternoon here after not getting any beds in any hospital. The head of Desai nursing home recommended this place to my dad. The staff were courteous. My mom needed an ICU but it was not available. The doctor assured my dad that all care will be taken and all necessary meds will be administered, Remdesivir included. My mom was immediately put on oxygen. She's in a double bedroom, but single occupancy because of Covid. She gave us a report in the evening as we were concerned. She said nothing to worry. This hospital was God sent. They already administer 3 injections, is on continuous O2, they gave her sugarless coffee, and some fruits. Staff were very courteous. She told us not to worry at all. So please don't go by negative reviews. 50% of the hospital allocation is done by BBMP. So the rude staff could be anyone. Be mindful that all doctors and staff are overstretched and doing everything they can to treat patients. We have to be patient and courteous with them during these tough times. “VIVIDUS HOSPITAL I hope this message finds you well. I recently had an experience with your hospital when my father was admitted due to vitamin deficiency. Overall, I found the hospital to be exceptionally clean and tidy, which is commendable. However, I would like to bring to your attention a couple of concerns. Firstly, there were instances where the cleaning staff (housekeeping) was not readily available near the ward. It would be beneficial to ensure constant coverage so that requests can be promptly addressed, even when one staff member is occupied with other tasks. Additionally, I observed that some nursing staff members exhibited a rather rude tone. It would greatly improve the overall experience if the nursing staff could maintain a calm and friendly demeanor, fostering a more positive and responsive environment. I understand that it's important not to generalize, and I refrain from mentioning specific names, as I believe it's unfair to hold everyone accountable for the actions of a few individuals. “Stayed here for about 21 days and had an incredibly restful, peaceful, and healing time here. The staff and doctors here are so friendly that you really don't feel lonely. I got lucky and was able to meet many people here who are also experiencing some sort of chronic illness/stress in their lives. Listening to their perspectives and struggles was an important part of my own healing. Everything here happens in a timely manner, from the daily treatments to the room cleanings. The therapist here were so fun to talk to. I got the opportunity to learn about the local culture and the way of life for them here in Kerala. They were so kind and even brought me some temple offerings to take home when I expressed my sadness of not being able to go myself (we are not allowed to leave the nursing home compound). Special shout out to the canteen uncle Gopi (I think) who made sure I had all my meals, and even took the effort to come to my room and double check if I wanted my meals to be sent to the room. He also took the effort to introduce me to other guests/patients who were also from my country, which helped me feel even more at home ❤️ Attached are some of the meals I had here!”
