“I wanted to be intentional in writing this review! I usually never take the time to write a review but I have been so grateful for Texas Heart and Vascular staff and doctors! After going to many primary doctors not getting a proper diagnosis, I started seeing Dr. Tucker my senior year of college. I am super relieved and blessed as he and his nurses were super efficient, patient, and wanted to find the best solution to my problem. I am very grateful for them! There are not many doctors and teams left like them. So if you’re unsure don’t be because I highly recommend that this place will take care of you.”

“The doctors are fantastic. But the front desk staff, IT, facilities, are not. The level of apathy is astounding, and their systemic incompetence is remarkable. It takes effort to be this bad at one’s job. I dream of ta day when we all can be paid to for being obtuse, unlikable, and still paid. Sadly, this echos beyond the front desk, IT, etc. and reflects on the providers.”

“Our pup escaped from our backyard and when we found her she had broken her leg. We called vets around to get her treated, and Dr. Stone was immediately invested in helping our pup feel better. She was leaving out of town in a couple of days but was more than willing to operate on our pup’s leg the very next day. Dr. Stone and her staff have been angels from the moment we gave them a call and the entire recovery process for my pup has been great! Definitely recommend this vet for all of your pets needs! They’ll be in great hands.”

“I was asked to wear a heart monitor for 4 days. When I returned I find out that it wasn’t turned on properly and didn’t get a reading. Wasted 4 vacation days. Staff gave me an ‘oops, oh well..’ attitude about it. Needed to make several phone calls to get my copay refunded. Also, a previous appointment was set for me at 8:00am. They do not open until 8:30. I was unable to see a doctor that day.”

“Dr. Fry was fantastic!! We recently moved here from Delco and we worried about finding a vet around that we love around here. This facility is definitely the place to take your pets! My cat started feeling quite sick and I had to get him checked out asap and they got my cat Poppy in the same day! They were very accommodating and took the best care of Poppy. He is back to his normal self!! I have another cat and dogs at home and they will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Fry!”

“My dog mugen has been going here for many years. 12 years old now and we've had a great experience with the staff and he likes it much better than the last practice we took him too. Really like both of the vets there and this last time he ate a corn cob, like the bone of the corn and we took him in for an emergency visit. He was fine but the staff has taken really good care of him and he's 12 and in pretty good health still, minus sometimes stubbornly eating food adjacent items lol. I highly recommend this vet!”

“The clinical staff and Providers are EXCEPTIONAL. Dr. FORRESTER IS a top tier cardiologist! The practice managers however are terribly insensitive and unprofessional. Marla and Angela (practice managers???) are providing medical advice without getting adequate information on patients. They both- individually gaslight patients and confabulate patients/caregivers words in their documentation. Furthermore, the management are dismissive, confrontational and lack compassion (a necessity in healthcare). It is unfortunate- the management team at multiple locations are a poor reflection of the providers! No doubt healthcare has suffered!!! Primarily due to overwhelming patient volume, increase acuity and subpar professionals. insured patients and their caregivers are treated poorly. As a healthcare professional and a patient- it’s imperative that you know or attempt to understand your patients. More so when the person calling for assistance is a physician or nurse and does NOT NEED TO BE CHASTISED WITHOUT PROPER knowledge of the situation. In the hospital, the clinic or telehealth- I would never abruptly interrupt or demean someone who is anxious and asking for SAFE AND CLINICAL GUIDANCE or ReAssurance. It is evident management and non-clinical staff are overwhelmed - and as a result unpleasant to cardiac patients and their care team. Non-clinical staff are providing medical advice. Medical advice without understanding the patients history or complaint. They will not give you an opportunity to provide updates or info and will rely solely on the minimal documentation for each telephone or in in-person encounter. Not good/BEST practice to escalate and contribute more anxiety to cardiac patients and their support team. A suggestion to conclude the review- staff is in desperate NEED AND REQUIRE REMEDIATION AND TRAINING on customer service and de-escalation strategies. Marla and Angela ARE Not THE BEST gate keepers for quality Cardiologists/ Electrophysiologists. They have shown on multiple occasions that some people SHOULD NOT BE IN HEALTHCARE. Caution- they are quick to talk over you and project their frustrations on prospective and established patient population. .”

“I had my visit on Thursday 01/18/2024 at the Waxahachie location with Dr Keg. His nurse and the entire staff were great. So welcoming, caring and absolutely 1000000% helpful as well as willing to go the extra mile to help the patient. I love Dr Keg!!! He has a GREAT bedside manner. He listens and explains every detail. I need a knee replacement. He told me “no u remember the pain involved right” and he asked “you remember the intense recovery procedure you went through” He made sure I understood what I was getting myself into again. He made sure I was 100% confident in my decision and his recommendations as I have already had my other knee replaced. He is so far the absolute BEST doctor I have ever come into contact within the state of Texas! He is so helpful laid back/easy to talk to and very determined to get his patient feeling good and back to normal! This man really puts his heart ❤️ into his career! I’m looking forward to my healthcare/bone & joint needs being met by him and his colleagues!! Thank you Dr Keg for everything!! You are a true blessing to have on my team!”

“The staff was OUTSTANDING and went above and beyond. The nurses & midwives made me feel supported and cared for, respected my birth preferences and did a TON of comfort measures to help make labor & delivery as comfortable as possible (including massages, position changes, helping me use a birth ball & peanut ball, guided pushing when I requested). My labor, from start to finish, was 5 hours, and I can say it was a positive, loving & intense experience. I felt like the staff wasn't pushing interventions and was patient in explaining things to me. My midwives were: Natalie Jacobson-Dunlop & Andrea King. What a difference it makes to have people in the room who are on your side, positive, encouraging and respectful. My labor nurses were: Brittany & Mary (the BEST). Postpartum care was also excellent, with helpful lactation consultants, nurses & pediatricians coming in frequently to provide support & coaching around newborn care (which we 100% needed as first time parents). I cannot imagine a better labor, delivery & postpartum hospital. If I could give it 10 stars out of 5, I would!”

“I had a horrible Flu last year and could not clear my chest (even after repeatedly using a RX inhaler), I was out of breath after barely engaging in my normal activities, (I am an athletic person) I kept seeing Boost Oxygen at the grocery store and wondered if it would help.
