“A Recruiter from Swoon Staffing reached out to me via text and asked if I was interested in a position and if so, when would be a good time to chat. I mentioned 15 minutes would be great. I received the response that she was not available at that time but would contact me after her meeting. I said that would be fine. She never did. I find it very disrespectful when Recruiters reach out to people and then drop them. As a Recruiter myself, I never communicate so irresponsibly with people like that. As a Recruiter, you are the face of the company you work for, and for the clients you represent. In this case, Swoon Staffing appears to be unprofessional and an extreme let down. It’s too bad Caterpillar has this staffing represent them.”
