“Not impressed with the furniture and layout of the restaurant. Pleasing to my eyes were artwork that adorned the walls which speaks to the Haitian struggle and culture. We sat at bar and was warmly welcomed by bartender Romeo. Not happy that I had to wait until brunch ended to order Soup Joumou. In my humble opinion, soup should be available all day and everyday. Kudos to the chef for accommodating my request by adding goat meat to my soup Joumou. The goat meat needed to be more tender; other than the soup was flavorful. We also tried the crab cakes which were totally delicious. The menu appeals to me and will definitely be back for dinner. If you can hold a note, go there on Wednesday night for Karaoke.”

“Amazing food and drinks. Super friendly staff, great vibe! We had the Curry crab tostones, seafood roti, sampler, spicy shrimp, coconut rice, codfish fritters, and pumpkin corn soup between two visits, had to come back it was so good! Rum punch hits the spot. LOVE it here. Definitely should be on your list of go to Caribbean restaurants in bk!”

“I had always passed the restaurant but never stopped as I was thinking over thick, slice hero bread with tons of meat stuffed inside, I saw a sign that said Empanadas so I went in and realized I was completely wrong about this restaurant. Ox tails, bake chicken,salads, salmon, and so many other delicious looking meals and did I mention that I love flan and yes they sell that also I can't believe I had misjudged this restaurant for so many years but not anymore. Today, I picked up 3 empernadas, which was good but better with some hot sauce to enhance my taste. I would definitely be back to this Cuban home cooking restaurant. Please go and see what's inside. Don't be like me and misjudg this restaurant for so many years.”

“This is my third time at Patrick's and they did not disappoint. We had a birthday celebration last night and the food was top notch from appetizers to entrees. I recommend the crab cakes. They melted in my mouth. Kudos to the chef last night. The server was pleasant and just the right amount of interaction. The vibe was awesome and we loved the Happy Birthday presentation. Patrick's is the local neighborhood secret.”
