“If I could give zero stars I would. I went to purchase windows. We knew exactly what was needed it was a simple transaction. There was no one there to help. When I asked for assistance, I was there to make a simple purchase, I was given a bunch of lip. When I asked for the manager, I was told they were away. The woman just walked away mouthing off to me, so I just left. I tried sending an email and was basically told "I am too busy to help you." We made our purchase elsewhere and will not be returning. So, you lost a sale, got a bad review and lost a client for life. Great job!”
