“Waited for a very long time for service , wanting to buy a laptop. A Mac book pro was advertised at “ask for a JB deal, ex display”. The JB deal offered was 10% off RRP, which is a stock standard discount run on Mac books all the time. On enquiry if that was right, the best they would do after waiting a long time was an extra $50 off. This is for a display that has been run in demo mode for an extended period of time, and it’s being sold at effectively RRP…. Bizarre. Really poor service and terrible deals on offer , is my experience.”

“I had a lovely experience updating my phone yesterday, I have absolutely no problem with how my partner and I were treated, we got exactly what we needed and it was seamless. However, I was upset seeing how the two male staff treated the new woman staff member who they were obviously training. They were so impatient and nasty to her, she was so lovely and trying her absolute hardest. She was truly amazing”
