“The lady staff at Counter 2 was very gentle, polite and really helpful. Even though my request for a replacement sim card wasn't successful due to new rules for safety and I was unwell and upset (but neither to her nor this branch), her service mind was truly impressive. She was so patient to explain the reason to me until I could understand. Ultimately, if I need to get a new number instead, I would love to come here for that despite a long distance traveling. Thank you all very much once again for your fast and great services.”
