“They fixed my charger port and microphone. Walked out and noticed that my screen is off, like they changed the settings. Then I noticed my photo gallery was open. I did not have ANY open apps when I dropped it off. When I brought it up, they said there was no reason it should be opened, and i can not get my screen back to my normal setting. I find this all suspicious and aggravating. Wth are they doing with my pictures? I will not return. Edit to add, it's been almost 3 weeks now. My screen is still off. I've fiddled with the settings, and NOTHING changes the deep red color issues that it's having since I got my phone back from being repaired. My screen was just fine until I brought it into this store to fix the CHARGER PORT.”

“I saw their ads on Facebook for a S23 ultra, so I went to their store but they did not have the 512gb option that I wanted, but the worker said their online store has them... So I ordered a lavender S23 Ultra in excellent condition. The cost was $908 plus tax, so nearly $1,000 total. On their website it claimed that the item was in stock and would arrive to my house in 2 days.. I placed the order on Dec 14th. The next day, Dec 15th, I received an email from Wamatek saying that my order will be delayed because of backorder availability and that they will ship the phone within 4 business days with UPS expedited shipping.. ok I understand it was the holidays and all, but why would you say it's in stock if items are backordered? I told them that it was fine, that I will wait for what I ordered and to proceed. A few days go by and I have yet to receive a tracking number for my order.. I emailed Wamatek support on Dec 21st asking for a tracking number and my estimated delivery day. The following day, Dec 22nd, I received an email saying that my order was cancelled and my credit card would be refunded. They mentioned that since I'm a local customer that they will hold a 256gb s23 ultra for me if I wanted to pick up the next day at noon.. I received this email at 6:30pm, they gave me less than a 16 hr notice on Christmas weekend... Yeah, that didn't happen. I received my refund on Dec 23, thankfully, but a couple of days later my credit card was charged $3000 in fraudulent purchases. I've had this card for two years and I've NEVER had fraudulent purchases at all.. or on any of my cards for that matter. The online site is a scam and I would never purchase from it or inside the store based off my experience. AVOID!!!”

“I usually do not write reviews, but our experience here was horrible. We went in to get our lap top updated and space cleared up and when we went to pick it up It no longer turned on. They had no real explanation and wanted to charge us to repair the laptop THEY BROKE for over $400. They ended up taking the lap top that cost us over $700 and giving us a gift card for $275 and said to get an IPAD? Some people do not understand the value of items. I am not sure if it is the manager who has the final call, but $275 for a mistake they made is an insult. They should have repaired the laptop that they broke. If you are experiencing real issues your better off going to best buy instead of this place. After going through the reviews I see now that other people too have issues with them "Fixing" their stuff. They are not staffed properly to handle issues and have no sense on how to manage a business like Apple. Do Not Bother Going here.”
