“Absolute CROOKS. On September 17 I went in and moved over to my fiancé’s family because my phones screen cracked and was completely broken. The sales woman was SO excited to make a sale on us and told us it was going to be SOOOOO easy to cancel my old phone number and account after I switch over to the family plan. What they didn’t tell me is that every time I call, I would get shutdown and told to kick rocks because I couldn’t acquire a temporary passcode which would only be sent to my old phone (the one with the broken screen) I don’t understand how hard basic customer service is. Seems like an amateur operation over there. I didn’t use the service from September to October because I had a new (That I bought from T-Mobile) so not only will that not honor it they told me that I have to pay or it gets sent to collections. So let’s count their lies 1. How easy the sales woman said it would be to cancel 2. They can’t cancel in store and they can’t talk to the customer care reps 3. Who ever is in charge of security in the cybersecurity over a T-Mobile should be nominated for the biggest idiot and oversight award for not being able to access an account that was yours. Enjoy the FCC complaint T-Mobile!”

“Very disappointed to say the least, do not waste your time at this store and drive 5 more miles to the corporate store on S. Broadway by Chipotle. We had the unfortunate luck of having Ellie help us and everything was WRONG. We made an online order to pick up at the store in Lindale which miraculously they sold our reserved phones to someone else, so we went to this Tyler store, handed Ellie our online order and specifically asked for her to give us everything we pre-selected, she said no problem and the assured us that all the same promotions and prices would be the same which was 100% WRONG, because we are now slammed with a ridiculous bill overcharged with the wrong plan, wrong phones, mis-led, mis-informed and out of our phones that we traded in from Verizon - just overall the worst decision ever to leave Verizon. Long story short we asked for the starter plan, but she gave us the most expensive of everything, the more expensive phone that had higher memory, so it was $200 more than the one we asked for, the watch was supposed to be free but in fact was only 50% off and is @ $20 a month, which we weren't told about and so much more. At the end, the printer wasn't working for her to print out a summary of what our plan and charges were, and she was supposed to email us, but never did. WE REGRET LEAVING VERIZON. Ask for Josh at the Corporate store he took amazing care of us and filled in all of the gaps in information of this trap we are stuck in.”

“I don’t have an option to give 0 star here. I am giving 1 for that. Worst customer experience. Associate left me unattended. Just left without talking and solving my problem. Making false statements about the charges that I had on my account. They will tell that will be waived in next cycles but when we visit next time they will tell it is not the way that it works. I recommend not to go here at any cost. Associate will simply say “anything I can help you with now sir” and then leave the place to their cabin place. Happened on Nov 13 from 6:10-6:45 pm. Just waiting that some or the other person will help me out. Completely undeserved place and worst customer experience.”

During our discussion, it was evident that he was under the influence of marijuana, as the rep moved slowly and the entire store reeked of it. This not only affected our conversation but also created an unprofessional atmosphere, impacting the overall work environment negatively. When I made a complaint to the assistant manager he act as if it wasn’t a big deal and told me to leave if it’s bothering me so much to go and leave the store. I’m here yo say I will never come to this location again and the whole store smelled like a pound of weed. Never Again!”
