My father came here to apply for a loan, and she got upset when I asked a question twice because he didn't understand the 1st time. She then proceeded to tell us to leave when I confronted her for her lack of patience and lack of good customer service. We had to go to a different location because we did not like her attitude.”

A hour of waiting she denied it with no reason stating she only does this to some people what does that mean! Her and the other coworker took my pay stub copies and walk to the corner and whispered to each other for 30 mins! Will never return here! Worst customer service.”

“I would like to edit my opinion of Ace Cash Express, they have good service and has been very helpful in times of need. A while back I left a bad review on this location because I couldn’t get a check cashed, since then I’ve found out that multiple locations are doing the same thing due to stores closing and it’s definitely a real policy. I will admit fully that I was wrong, I was a little too quick to put my frustration through the keyboard. Sorry for any inconvenience I might have caused, the employee was just doing her job and I feel bad for making the situation worse. If I can give any advice to potential customers, its not their fault that I waited til the last minute to handle my business, it never hurts to call ahead and double check your plans because the employees are knowledgeable on locations that can take care of you and you might need time to drive to the next spot.”
