We were very warmly greeted by staff, served and fed quickly and very very well! Hubby particularly loved the chilli chicken burger especially because it wasn’t a sickly sweet sauce. I loved the garlic soy chicken fried rice - equal serves of both really made the dish unbeatable. The chicken is moist and crispy, not oily and the rest of the ingredients were deliciously fresh and tasty as. Loved the branding and decor, loved the passion and enthusiasm of the staff too. I hope they branch out, until then we’ll be back!”

“Love standing around like vultures out the front in the heat. Remember the good old days we could come in look at the salads and the thicker schnitzels in the window. Oh and the hygienic open tub of cutlery everyone has to dig in to grab there forks and spoons from. Also please take extra care with your kids while cars are reversing out everywhere in an extremely busy car park although this isn't chickos fault. I really used to love this place.”

“20/08/23 Went last Sunday for a quick bite, noticed there’s an increase on the overall menu. Kids meal doesn’t include ice cream anymore. We joined the loyalty program to get the 10% off but the final bill was still slightly higher. Edited review: Put it up by another star as they have check the quality control of the chicken patty of their burgers. But the staff gets flustered when it gets too busy & dessert just takes too long to come out & not easy to wait when you have young children. This time they forgot the ice cream from the kids meal and we could not be bothered waiting for another 10-15 minutes for it. Waffle & ice cream was overly sweet as a combination. Won’t order it again.. Took the kids back last weekend, was a very busy night, servers were run off their feet. Some were pulling more weight than others. Drink was forgotten. Food took longer to arrive as you’d expect. Fried chicken burger patties has shrunk dramatically yet again.. Edited review: Visited a week after our last visit & was disappointed with the taste & portion of the food which had dramatically shrunk. Taste wise it wasn’t as enjoyable as the first visit. The chicken wings were so tiny, it looked smaller than a kid’s meal. Service is still swift & friendly. Friendly & swift service, food was nice for the price point & kids meal are quite large & value for money as it includes a drink & dessert. Overall, we were quite happy with our visit.”

When I bit into it the chicken piece just fell apart into pieces, just the way you want it to. Sauce, cheese all there in the appropriate amount. Absolute let down, the fish if that's what you call it looked like glue we threw them out. The burgers were the only item that was ok, aside from the delicious milkshakes. Really disappointed considering I spent nearly 80dollars on food waiting for an hour only to feel sick looking at the fish both myself and my friend ordered. Won't be returning.”

Some service from seniors was excellent, the juniors are still learning. I didn't feel the chicken had the charcoal flavour I was expecting from childhood, but it's not soemthing I regularly eat elsewhere, so I can't comment accurately. It wasn't a great place to dine in, as the number of takeaway customers made it not so pleasant.”
