“Place my order through Grab for the personal meal drumstick. But when they send over its chicken breast. I also paid extra for the drumstick. I dont really eat chicken breast. Means the whole meal is ruined because its doesn’t have what i want in the first place. Instead apologising for the mistake they only only refund 2.12 . 2.12 for RM28.88 order ! But the whole meal is ruined ? You think its about 2.12 ? Totally ridiculous. Imagine you order iphone 15 max and they send you a iphone 15 standard. Then when you complaint they just send the difference in price, how would you feel ! Terrible customer service. Forget about doing franchise if you are so callous and unprofessional about your mistake! Its your mistake, I am not wrong here.”
