“Tried the original and spicy garlic chicken Spicy garlic is a little too sweet for me but the spiciness is definitely on point. Seasoning for the original flavour is good but it can be more juicy, the texture is not as good as before. Totally disappointed with the steam egg, it is over seasoned, undercooked as it is not charred enough and with the amount of broth underneath it is as good as drinking egg soup. Service wise is average, the staff can be more friendly but understand that they are lack of manpower too. Overall, it is a pleasant place to dine in but food quality definitely has lot of room to improve.”

“The chicken rice and the steamed chicken is nice. The dishes are also pretty good. However, the portion size is not a lot. They give very little chili sauce. They also do not give any soup (the type that normally comes with an order of Hainanese chicken rice at the hawker centre or coffeeshop). Prices here are not cheap.”

“Stall looks old-school. When duck is served, it looks so messy in a chunk with thick sauce & 豆芽 Can’t even see if our mixed dishes are underneath.. u know literally camouflage ? Especially ang mo will definitely be turn off by its presentation. Hollywood duck rice at Sims market is more neater. Price wise abit steep coz per pax forked out beyond $10/- Taste wise not bad and rice is very fragrance.”

“I took 3 stick, shoyu karaage(1.70), chicken ball(1.70) & chicken with green pepper(1.60), total cost $5. All the food are cold. Taste so so. Suggest maybe they can add numbering on the food, make it easier to order. (Eg: order 1,3,8) instead of pointing which one/ took the wrong one/ reconfirming order. I saw a customer point to the pepper chicken but the staff took the one next to it.”
