It was a miscommunication, I also understand they were very busy and mistakes like this do happen but I felt like they weren't very apologetic and kinda gave off a bit of an attitude and they could've offered a refund for the additional chicken on their mistake. I would be happy to return the extra chicken. I don't think people should be paying extra for a mistake they made on their part. I still recommend people to come here for good food. However, please just be mindful of what you've ordered and how much you've paid. Always reconfirm the order to ensure everything is correct.”

Got myself a hoppy can of IPA, wings and chips. Wings were really good, but I would love to have a couple of extra there. Shoestring chips should be crunchier and crispier to my taste, but the portion was really generous. IPA kicked in nicely as per recommendation of the guys at the bar. The price followed my expectations, but my expectations were - going to a trendy place get prepared to be charged more. Beer, chips and wings rang up to $42.16. The atmosphere is nice, but if you come with people on a late night you might need to yell, cause place is loud. Bartenders and waiting stuff were friendly and looked like they cared, which is a big plus. Will return again.”

In my opinion the food was average, I'm a huge fan of Mac and cheese balls but these seemed a little tasteless, the wings were dry and smothered in sauce and my friend said the sliders tasted average, I'm sorry I can't elaborate because I didn't try them. Another friend said the steak wasn't great either, not much flavour and a bit dry. I'm not sure if maybe it was just an off night hence still giving the 4 star rating.”

“The restaurant is located in main North road. The space of the dining area is huge. Friendly staff and nice service. The menu is a bit too big. The decor and lighting were fairly good. We ordered different dishes. First of all, the bread were just amazing, freshly baked and so soft and light. The kababs were ok maybe a touch over cooked and not very juicy. The eggplant appetiser was fantastic and the bbq chicken was perfect, crispy and charred on the skin and moist inside. Achar gosht was delicious and flavoursome. Very pleasant experience in total.”

“Drove 50 minutes to check this place out because of an Instagram influencer post and I have lost so much credit for them now. Tl;dr - Dry and cold chicken pieces overshadowed by mere side dishes. Take your $40 and enjoy some proper Korean fried chicken elsewhere (or even a pub steak) and save yourself the disappointment and stomach ache. == The KFC == Take a look at the picture of the dry-as-hell chicken I took. The kitchen clearly isn't experienced with cooking times because some pieces were dry and some were fine. But when every piece of chicken is a Russian Roulette, you only remember how bad the experience is. Chicken pieces were smaller than expected. Maybe twice the size of a Macca's chicken nugget. I tried a bunch of flavours and some of them were mediocre, like the "Vietnamese chicken" (which was just the original flavour with Vietnamese style sauce), and the Mala Mala chicken (which was super oily and not properly salted). The batter on the chicken was terrible as well. It was either too hard (not crispy) or soggy. Likely once again because the kitchen doesn't know their cooking times for chicken breast and chicken thighs individually. To top it all off, the chicken wasn't even served hot. It was warm to slightly cold once it hit our table, and that was after waiting 30 minutes for it after ordering. == The Sides == Imagine the sides being the best part of the meal. Cheese corn was delicious but how can you mess that up? I wanted to save half of it to eat with the chicken but by the time the chicken did come, the cheese had hardened. The restaurant knows what they're doing with their tteokbokki, and how large of a serving they give you. The plate that it comes in has more volume than 20 pieces of chicken. This was a huge mistake to order, and took away too much stomach space for something I only really wanted a bite of. Kimchi dumplings had nice and crispy skin, but mushy filling. So it was okay at best in my opinion. Chips were nice and well seasoned, but they shouldn't have been the star of the show. Also, the free pickled dishes they give you with everything were nice and refreshing. But I'm not paying $40 for this... == The service == The place wasn't even packed for dinner service (red flag) and we had to wait 30 minutes for the chicken order to be served, only for the chicken to be lukewarm to slightly cold at the first bite. Communication between the kitchen and the floor team needs improving for sure.”

“My partner loves Thai food so we stopped here for our dinner on our road trip back to Gold Coast. It’s a Friday evening so very crowded and luckily we made our reservation. We quickly ordered our food after looking at the menu. We had the salt and pepper squid and the red curry duck which are their house signature dish. I had a bitter lime lemon and my partner had a Japanese beer. The good came quick and we were happy to see the nice portion of the duck in the red curry dish. We had duck curry very often in Thai restaurants but theirs is the biggest potion that we’ve ever had. Moreover, it’s very juicy with crispy skin. The curry was not too spicy, so it’s perfectly fine for us. The squid was tender and the batter was also not thick, we also enjoyed it. The staffs were very friendly and attentive, reasonable price, so why not give it a go?! I’m sure you’ll enjoy it!”
