“The food is okay. The staff was nice. The dining area is a bit small. They were pretty busy on Sunday, so there was a bit of a wait. We didn't mind. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and hubby had a burger. The salad had good flavor, but I didn't like that it was prepared with the hamburger fixings. So it wasn't leafy lettuce 🥬. It was thinly shredded with small diced bits of chopped onion and bell peppers. Way too much onion for my liking. Hubby liked the burger, but also too much onion. I snuck a couple of french fries, no bueno. They were a bit soggy and cold. Don't get me wrong we love onion, but not to that extent. The portions are hearty 😁 The soda was flat, so we opted for tea instead. It's good to see they have a good customer base. I suggest you call in your order.”

“Called and placed a pick-up order. The food was ready in about 20 minutes. The person who answered was polite, and my order was correct when picked up. Seasoned fries were delicious, and Philly cheesesteak was great. Burger was my only complaint. It wasn't bad but wasn't great either. My bun wasn't toasted and was very mushy for some reason. That sort of ruined it for me”

“They have absolutely PHENOMENAL customer service & they treat EVERYONE with mad love & respect! I was privy to it! I ordered to go, but before leaving I said, "Let me have a little taste before I go." & that led to me dining in then taking the rest to go. Lololol!!!! Listen!!!!! These oxtails were phenomenal!!!! They were extremely meaty, tender & beyond flavorful!!! The rice was perfectly cooked! The black-eyed peas were soft and well seasoned, but the yams weren't candied enough for me (although their texture was spot on). The hot water cornbread was a little dry & wasn't sweet, but def a good addition to the meal! I'm most def driving back over here to try their fish and other items!! 😋🤤”

“I had got the turkey leg with the seafood dressing and shrimp and i was so disappointed! I was super stoked to try it and the dressing was very burnt and salty. I immediately tasted how burnt it was it was like she gave me the burnt bottom of the pan. Honestly that was just not a good business decision to put out food that isn’t near perfect. That was the most expensive menu item they had for $32 and shouldn’t have been served in that state. The shrimp, turkey leg and the sauce was great though the actual dressing was just terrible. My bf got the turkey leg with red beans and rice and it was aesthetically pleasing and did have a good taste but they just needed to have out more sauce because under the first layer was just all white rice no sauce. Overall i think i might come back but just for the turkey leg by itself. We also got the large gumbo and it had a very fishy taste. Mind you i know gumbo is typically made with a seafood stock but the taste was more fishier than I’ve had else where.”

“I hate to say it was bad, but I'm being nice. I ordered 3 tacos steak, chicken, and shrimp drove back home upon arrival set down to enjoy looked in it jerk chicken all three I wouldn't even call it jerk chicken, just as dry as a summers day I started to take it back, but I took it as a life lessons when you learn to check your order before you leave but I will give it another try just for the ox tails only but I'm skeptical even about that.”

“We attended a concert at American Airlines Center and before arriving I searched for food nearby. I thought this would be perfect because it looked delicious and seemed like it would be quicker service if we were short on time. All of those things were correct. It is perfectly located across the street from the American Airlines Center. We were able to watch for doors to open as we ate our food. The service and atmosphere was great. Waitress was wonderful, service was quick and the Dirty Tots is where it's at!”

“I found this place on tiktok. I had the N.O. spicy and the lemon pepper hot. Both were really crispy, just how I like my wings. The flavoring of the N.O. spicy ones were a 10. I had the bacon mac n cheese, and did not like it. The cheese was very watery. The bacon saved it flavor wise, otherwise the noodles were bland. The liquor options seemed minimal but the service was quick. I'd return for the wings.”

I ordered a small fry with my 6 wings. Didn't know that fries came with it. Couldn't read it. I came around 12:00 noon. Long line.”
