“Great place for kids, my 6 year old daughter was on kids birthday party, loved it and asked to come again and we did it twice in one weekend. And she enjoyed it and had a lot of fun! We went to 4pm sessions on Saturday and Sunday and Sunday 4pm was not as busy. What we liked is the staff there, they were all amazing and guided my daughter through all climbs and made her time even more special. There is a cafe with a few tables and a nice coffee so parents can have some nice time as well. I think 1 hour price is very reasonable considering how much fun my daughter had and seeing amazing effort from the staff.”

“Our family has been coming here every week for almost seven years . Spacious, hygienic, aesthetic , and most of all, the heated pool all year long ! The centre has a friendly and effective management team and staff . Initially there was a senior staff who’s very racist towards non-Caucasian kids and got complained by quite a few parents. The centre dealt with the complaints immediately. After a thorough investigation the senior staff was removed for good. If not because we have relocated we would have still been here every week . They have set the bar high that I still haven’t found another place even match Ian Thorpe . I guess we will still be coming back for casual play . To be in compliance with their photo policy around kids and leisure pool no photo was taken around the other 2 pools . Strongly recommended.”

“In the 1980s my parents sent me to a swimming school very similar to Col Jones. As a result, I'm an excellent swimmer, and in fact have my own coaching certificate. When I had kids I discovered that it's impossible to get your own kids to listen to you, So we sent both of them to aquatic centres for lessons. $10,000 later ( That's not a joke) neither kid could swim across the pool without a serious risk of drowning. In desperation we sent them to Col Jones. Within a term both of them were swimming well and non-stop. This swimming school has an extremely high standard of teaching, with excellent methods, and concentration on repetitive skill building and drills to ensure your kid is going to be able to swim. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The only downside is that it's a bit far away from a coffee shop, but there is some suspicious construction going on there this morning that looks like they may be rectifying that. My only regret is that I have only five stars to give. (In winter, wear a coat that can handle moisture and maybe a hat, because the roof drips cold condensation - heated pool, cold roof, it's gonna happen, laws of thermodynamics/precipitation type thingy- and a droplet of icy water down the back of your neck is no joke. )”

There are plenty of rest seats for adults to wait for the children. After playing for two hours, the kids said they looked forward to coming here again.”

“Winter school holidays July 2023 at Inflatable world Kambah has a great mix of inflatables setup for all ages to enjoy! Fun and unique indoor inflatable centre , featuring two large netted play areas split by age. Younger kids to the left and older to the right. (See signposted rules for more information) Plenty of seating , chairs facing obstacles behind nets and tables seating for food and drink. Cafe for purchasing items. No food allowed inside net area or on inflatables. Even birthday party tables towards the end with bookings from venue. Rules signposted including No socks No Play Inflatables change every school holidays that the pull from their collection to mix and match for a fun play experience. These photos include the fun inflatables during our visit July 2023. 2 Hours is a great amount of time to jump, plenty of staff active and attentive within the jumping areas to instruct kids when needed. Highly recommend!”

“On a hot sunny Sunday morning decided to cool off in the local pool, after buying tickets for the family I find out the only pool with any shade is full booked for swim lessons until after lunch, turns out this occurs for half the day every Saturday and Sunday! Every impressive way to drive the public away on what should be the busiest days. Next asked if we could use the corner, as there were only 3 children in the entire pool, they said no, with no clear reason why as the 3 children and teacher were all in one lane. Finally asked reception for a refund and they said they don't do refunds! we had been there less than 5 minutes. Oh and they don't do free sunscreen, has to be one of the least sun safe pools in Australia.”

“Nice little bowling centre with 12 lanes. Kitchen looks clean, friendly staff. A little run down, especially outside (which looks a little like somewhere in Harlem - why is there barbed wire on the fence?). Inside is OK, but needs a little more love. No problems, and the equipment seems well maintained. Needs more balls. If it was busy, I don't think there would have been enough balls for everyone, especially larger sizes.”
