“On a hot sunny Sunday morning decided to cool off in the local pool, after buying tickets for the family I find out the only pool with any shade is full booked for swim lessons until after lunch, turns out this occurs for half the day every Saturday and Sunday! Every impressive way to drive the public away on what should be the busiest days. Next asked if we could use the corner, as there were only 3 children in the entire pool, they said no, with no clear reason why as the 3 children and teacher were all in one lane. Finally asked reception for a refund and they said they don't do refunds! we had been there less than 5 minutes. Oh and they don't do free sunscreen, has to be one of the least sun safe pools in Australia.”

“I don't go to World Gym, my wife does. After being a member for years past her contract, she tried to pause her membership because she was pregnant but she came home telling me they couldn't pause it as long as we wanted so the only option was to cancel. Then that process took long enough for another payment to come out. She went back recently to start there again and was told she had to pay a new member joining fee which wasn't cheap (considering the number of other gyms offering free sign-up contracts). After talking to the owner they said they could discount the joining fee to about $45 I think it was which is a joke. She was a member for years and only wanted to pause her membership because she had a baby. Expecting her to pay another joining fee is a joke and terrible customer service. If I had been there, they would have either waived the fee completely or I would have been taking our business elsewhere. She wanted to stay there because they are the only gym near home with child minding but I couldn't care less about that. I'd prefer to look after our son every time she wants to train rather than pay a monthly fee to a gym with terrible customer service.”

“We were looking forward to visiting this pool. However the slide they have there is only for children under 6. Was given an alternative by the lifeguard who pointed at the inflatable. Which is supposed to be open on weekdays 11:30-12:30, however not long after he pointed it out another lifeguard started deflating it and packing it down. It was only 12:00, so was only available for 30 mins before they packed it away. It seems nice and clean, that's why it has 2 stars despite the negatives.”

Staff went above and beyond to help us with setting up and making the process a lot easier. If you’re looking to hold a function I can’t recommend this venue enough, you won’t be disappointed with the service you’ll get. 110% satisfied 😊”

“All of the remaining gym machines are dated and in dire need of repair. Only 3 of the 7 treadmills work. Water filter been out of order and covered with a garbage bag for 4 months. Mould around all of the air-conditioning vents. Staff have a “it’s not my job” mentality. Enquiries go unanswered/ignored. This gym needs a serious shake up and new manager. Update: membership price has increased. Workout spaces have reduced to make room for yoga. Don’t go here for a gym…three other gyms in close proximity that are cheaper, bigger, maintained, and clean.”
