“The venue is beautiful. I didn't like that they sell you lanes with litterly no bowls to bowl with. I was told to ask other bowlers if they can spare a few. That is not cool. I ordered just simple fries and a pizza that took 45 minutes. No apologies. I don't think I will be heading back. Also is very pricey which I didn't minds so long that great service is provided. But that was not the case. Last, the front staff lack some energy.”

“Absolutely a must if you have children and you live in PA or nearby NJ. Can you imagine that this place is free. I think it is much nicer than Crayola Factory or Da Vinci Center because it offers a lot and it is outside. It is like a fairytale place and it is available to everyone. they have different sections for different age groups. The castle is built for age 5-12. Some parents do go in with their kids and it is totally manageable if you are healthy and fit. certain areas you will have to crawl, bend over or slide. It is so much fun!!”

“This bowling alley has hardly changed since the 1980's timeframe. I don't see this is a bad thing though. It makes the prices more affordable as compared to the other novelty places like Bowlero, for example. No, they don't have hot food or a bar. You can bring your own alcohol if you like. There are 12 lanes only. They don't always leagues on a Saturday day or Sunday day, which makes it good for impulsive plans to bowl. They do have soda and snack machines there. They still have a party room for a small birthday party. There is ample parking and the staff are nice and easily available.”

“I recently visited Superior Play Systems and I absolutely loved it! The play area was not at all crowded which was great because my kids were able to play and run around without leaving my eyesight. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We've come a few times in the past and have always ended up making it an all-day activity (there's something to do for every age) but it would also be the perfect place for a rainy day or when it's too hot outside to burn some energy for an hour or two. My kids always have so much fun and never want to leave. The play area is air-conditioned which is a plus since you're running around and it's very clean, including the bathrooms. I would highly recommend Superior Play Systems for all ages.”

“Unfortunately the face and customer service of the business is young careless kids w no type of customer service. They forgot our food order and when reminded about it over an hour laughed in our faces and continued to mock the situation. No concern for customers or children well being. The "kids" running the place are to busy on their phones and hanging out. They need some supervision theirselves and should be cleaning up between guests and being involved with what's happening. Not reminded their working by the customers and interrupting them on their phones 🙄 It's unfortunate because we've been going to this place for 3+ years and the manager or owners (adult staff) is super great and go above and beyond for the customers. More training needed for staff is needed and standards and expectations in place.”

“This was a really great gym, until they suddenly changed the pool hours, without warning. Now the hours kinda suck. I'm glad I dont pay for my membership because I'd be pretty mad about the change. All so some kids can have a swim meet when they should be at home doing homework lol. The equipment room is alright. Leaves a bit to be desired, considering PF is $10/15 a month and has twice the amount of equipment. But I make do with what they have. Friendly staff from what small interaction I've had with them. And mostly seems to be kept clean.”
