“We love Coin Crazy! It is the perfect place to beat the heat and enjoy playing some games. We recently used them for a birthday party. The staff was super helpful. We had a host who directed guests to our party room, brought our pizzas, refilled drinks, and answer questions. We were able to bring in a cake and so candles. For the party each kid started with 100 tickets. They got laser tag which was a blast.”

“Lots of fun until an old lady decided trading piggy back rides with each other was too much PDA... The life guard that had to tell us to "calm it down" was pretty chill about it though. Couldn't catch his name. (If the staff reads this, just tell the life guards I was the guy with the ponytail that couldn't hear what you were saying.) Also, they have curtained showers(at least in the men's locker room)... In theory that's fine... But when you have cheeky, mischievous 3 year olds running around pulling curtains for a laugh, it becomes a problem. Y'all need to add hooks on the walls and eyelets on the curtain sides or something to keep the curtains secure. Star for that I'm afraid. (Not the PDA thing. That was a problem with a specific patron. If you could give people reviews I'd give that lady a one star review for not even bothering to address us directly. Also, we know it was that lady because she was the only one that even gave us a glance, and she was giving us a death glare the entire time we were there. 😂 Like, literally the entire time, up to us going back into the lockers.)”

“Kind of a fun place but there are some issues that I think need to be addressed, mind you this is my second time there so the critiques are justified. Great idea and my kids seemed to enjoy it but almost all but one of the jump houses\slides seemed rather old and very worn, to the point that any one you walked up to there was air escaping thru various holes and seams that obviously affected it, 3 of them so much that the structure was literally not inflating completely, making the structure pretty sad looking and drooping. One they didn't have inflated at all.(See attached pictures, snake face down on the ground, his tail also sagging down, dragon that kids had to squeeze out of the mouth cuz it was resting on itself, droopy palm trees on another.) Also a few trip hazards with the foam flooring that could easily be flattened out (again see attached pictures). And the worst was a drinking fountain with a busted out panel that tiny hands trying to turn on the fountain could easily find access to pointy parts and internal electronics of the fountain. I did see one kid actually get a minor scrape from reaching inside. Other than that it's a bit of a fun place, the massage chairs are a nice touch, but the 22 dollar price for a mediocre pizza is outright insane. Staff seemed nice but kinda dismissive when I mentioned the fountain to them. IF we go back and these issues are addressed I may give another star or 2 to my review.”
