“Originally we signed up with my wife’s family and kids for a family plan. We were told that this was okay and we used the gym for a quite a while. We were then told our membership price will be increasing, which is understandable having it be a business and needing to turn a profit I get. But only after months of using it we were then told we can’t be on the same plan, even though that was not a secret when originally signed up, and that one couple will keep the old rates and we would get the new rates on our own plan but get the next month free. We were not happy about it specifically because the situation was known and agreed upon and deemed okay. So instead of owning up to their mistake of allowing something that is not standard they would risk losing multiple members. If that policy was known we wouldn’t have signed up most likely. Having worked in a gym signing up people for memberships and training I have made my mistakes and honored them because it was my error. The process of it all was quite frustrating and that is the reasoning for the 2 stars. Being told it’s okay multiple times only then to be charged with out warning of a new plan isn’t the most customer centric way of going about things. Facility is decent equipment is maintained, kids club attendants are friendly and always welcoming. Management and communication could use some work.”

“As soon as the first rain hit the course looks amazing, it’s such a scenery course, full of rich history. So glad they didn’t sold it to a land developer, you can tell the new owners are working very hard to make this place better. Looking forward to coming back each year and witness the improvements.”

“This is one of the nicest gyms in Oregon. Way more gym than you would normally find in a small town. I can't think of a nicer gym nearby. Hot tubs inside and out, basketball, racket ball, pickel ball, and lots of space. The equipment is all very nice and new. They keep this gym in tip top shape. All this for 50 a month. Inner city gyms are 3 times that much will less amenities.”

“CEVA volleyball tournament location... V E R Y loud ( bring ear plugs ) and close to no seating ( BYO CAMP CHAIR and a towel to go under the feet ). Good lighting, good court surface, good facility, clean, with good bathrooms, typically $6 cover charge ( cash or card), food and drink prohibited but loosely enforced in the courts area. Parking fills quickly. PRETTY GOOD FILIPINO RESTAURANT on the perimeter of the property!”
