11250 Pisgah Hwy, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768, United States

“AMAZING!! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Two of the three main trails, although a lot uphill, were easily wheelchair accessible and my daughter loved them. The historic buildings and railroad were cool as well, definitely worth the walk!”

“An absolutely charming, well planned, well run and beautiful children's museum. The exhibits are thoughtful, fun, educational, and engaging. Both my 5 and 11 year old boys found lots to do and had a great time. The carousel is charming and …”

Kaleideum Downtown

390 S Liberty St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101, United States

“This is a FANTASTIC space for younger and athletic kids. Tons of spaces to climb and stretch, a fabulous "theater" space, and an awesome section of handmade wooden toys that explored simple machines and gravity. My 5yo had an absolute blast. Everything was clean and well organized with a friendly staff.”

Camelot Playground

90 Woods Rd, Pinehurst, NC 28374, United States

“We drove nearly an hour to check this place out and it was well worth the drive! It's much larger than I imagined with lots to see and do. We had it completely to ourselves from 8-9am on a weekend morning. Then at 9am lots of families started to show up.”

Zing Zumm, Children's Museum Of Jacksonville

( 8 reviews )
Closed until 09:00 AM

625 New Bridge St, Jacksonville, NC 28540, United States

“This is such a cute place for kids! We attended a birthday party here and there were so many different spaces for children to play in different ways. I will say, though, I only gave 4 stars because I wouldnt say its super secure.. when I left with my kiddos, nobody checked that we were leaving with the same kids we brought.. you cannot see the door from all areas, so someone could easily just walk out with a child if your kid were to head to another area.”

Asheville Museum Of Science

Closed until 10:00 AM

43 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28801, United States

“Great hands-on science museum for kids! It's three large rooms and a gift shop, admission is $10 a person. The staff was over and above cheerful, helpful, and encouraging! We LOVED the 10-15 scavenger hunts they had available. After the completion of each scavenger hunt around the museum the kids got to pick a small stone or a sticker prize..our kids wanted to do them all and the staff were so encouraging and helpful towards them. There's enough for all ages and even a small play house with a slide and a soft toddler play zone.”

Lazer X - The Family Zone

Closed until 10:00 AM

3356 S Church St A, Burlington, NC 27215, United States

“My family and I went here over the weekend and everyone left really happy, especially the kids. One thing I'd like to point out is that over the last several years you can tell they really worked hard to clean and fix the place up because I've been going here since I was a kid and it wasn't always the cleanest but even the bathrooms are some of the cleanest public bathrooms I've been into in a long time. One downfall, I wouldn't say it's a complaint, is they don't have a huge selection of arcade games, especially for younger kids but they still had a blast playing all the games including the room where you dodge the laser beams, they really loved that. And the prices, of course it's not going to be cheap have a bigger family but compared to anywhere else you go it's definitely a LOT less expensive We will definitely continue to go back!”

Angel Island Fun Park

Closed until 10:00 AM

924 NE Maynard Rd, Cary, NC 27513, United States

“My children had a blast! The place was spotless and well-maintained, the staff was diligently cleaning and disinfecting tables. They attended me on upon arrival. I accidentally left my cell phone behind and they kindly held onto it for three days until I could retrieve it. I appreciated that SOOOOO MUCH!! Like so much!! This place has made evident improvements, and I def recommend for children under 8. I will be back, oh and there’s a pizza hut right next door that they let you order and eat inside the jump place. Enjoy and thanks to the staff, so very much.”
