“We came here with our 6 and 3 year old daughters and they both had a blast here! It's not a huge place, but there's plenty to keep kids entertained including multiple indoor play areas, an art area, and some outdoor activities as well. Our kids had a blast going between the different sections over and over. Prices were a little high, but you should be able to get a few hours of entertainment out of this place. Overall, I recommend checking out this museum for anyone with younger kids.”

“To be honest I was very disappointed with the collection here, 3 floors were open and 99% of the art is of paintings, watercolors etc. absolutely no statues, and very little old paintings, mainly 20th century art and artist. The inside facilities are out of date and need a modern update. The gift shop was closed or being remodeled, the lower floors were closed and dark. I really hope there will be some changes here soon. The entry fee is free and parking on the weekends is free, so it’s a nice place to come and check out the art they do have”

“If it had cost money, I'd give it two stars. What's the point of having train cars if you can't go in them”

“My husband, son, and I walked in on a Saturday morning to paint a birthday plate for my son's first! Each staff member was very helpful in explaining where all the tools/paints were located, the variety of ways to use each utensil, and how to complete the receipt slip. They were very attentive in asking the purpose behind each of our designs and provided guidance /tools to best assist in our creative process. Although my son was not participating in any of the painting (he was one week shy of one and We did not want him handling paint/ceramics), they did have high chairs and we brought some books to keep him occupied. We spent over 3 and 1/2 hours painting, entertaining our son, changing our ideas for each design, and inquiring about different techniques that would enhance our projects. It was not super busy, or overwhelming while other guests came in and out throughout the morning to work on their projects or discuss future events. Less than a week later our masterpieces were completed and they turned out so much better than we anticipated (mainly because we are not the most crafty individuals). Now that we are more acquainted with the space, we feel more comfortable using a lot of the different stencils/stamps/stands/brushes that we didn't use the first time around. We will definitely be returning for some holiday decorations and our next baby's first birthday plate!”
