During my son’s birthday party visit this busy afternoon, she’s not only helped me with setting up the table and activate the cards, but also helped me a big time with disciplining the naughty boys, cheering up the vibe, even introducing me to the parents who I’m not familiar with. She probably could see me bewildered because of the absence of my wife in the beginning, so she stood up for me and got everything under control. What surprised me was that she could literally work like a school teacher in this entertainment facility, which is an amazing thing I see from the young lady. “The place is thought and designed for kids, and it does the job. The parents have enough tables and chairs to rest a bit while their kids are having fun. There are two private rooms to celebrate birthdays. I found them quite small, parents were observing from outside and was not comfortable. I did not like the food, it was a plate of deep fried nibbles. They sell coffee for parents. Good parking. Friendly and attentive staff.”

“The maintenance and cleaning here is way below average. Tops of slides have many months of dust on them. Clearly haven't been cleaned for a long time. I realize these surfaces aren't super easy to clean but it's not that difficult. There's no excuse for the thick layer of grime. Cafe menu was sticky. Carpet covered with stains. Massive cobwebs everywhere. There are extension cords lying on the ground behind a broken net that kids can crawl under. In another area there's a sign saying no entry with another broken net the only thing preventing kids (who can't read) from entering. God knows what is under the tarp in this area. Party "rooms" are not rooms but cubicles, squashed together at the back of the building. Neither my wife or I thought the equipment was safe either. More than a dozen (maybe as many as two dozen) metal bars are exposed where the padding has worn off. The entire structure was wobbling with the weight of only six people on it. Toddler area is small with few options to play. Jumping castles are good, but there should be more stuff on the floor to play with. Looking at other reviews, it seems they used to have cars but they removed them because they were all damaged beyond repair... which doesn't surprise me. Child safety gate in the toddler area doesn't work. We saw two kids open it by rattling the gate. Staff said this happens all the time. Slides are great. Staff are friendlier than average. Overall, there are lots of other better choices around. Not sure if we're gonna come back. Probably not.”

“We had our daughter's 4th birthday at Rare Bears yesterday. We booked the Big Bear party package (which is the bigger package of the two) which was perfect for the kids. There was a good variety of fresh food on offer which the kids all really enjoyed. I ordered a couple of platters (sandwiches and hot food) for the adults and we all agreed that they were delicious. Ella was our party coordinator on the day and she was fantastic. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. Most importantly, our daughter had the best time with her friends. Adam and the team were extremely professional and attentive and we can't thank you enough for making Zoe's day so special. We would highly recommend the amazing team at Rare Bears for your next birthday celebration!”

“Attended a birthday party here today. I thought the staff did a good job in managing the party. The pricing for general admission is a bit odd, $3.50 for adults to enter and supervise but complementary drinks provided. Lollipops Carrum Downs used to have this pricing structure and admittedly, we avoided it because of that. But they (Carrum Downs) have changed their pricing to remove a charge for adults. Another positive is that staff were actively telling kids not to climb up the slides. There was a sign there clearly stating that.”
