“We like the place. It’s decent for the price but it’s like no one does maintenance on the place. Things are broken and ripped and none has taken them out/replaced them. It’s a nice place for a budget friendly family indoor play. On the entrances there are Arcade style games which is a hit for the older kids. There is an on-site fast food canteen. Good price, simple menu. There is a small prayer area upstairs too. Would visit again.”

“Second year in a row for my teenage daughter's birthday and we have so much fun. We play on some of the games together, but I mostly just wander around with her watching her have fun. The food and drink is good, the facilities are clean and well maintained, the machines are all operational and there's always staff if you need them. We'll most probably be back next year!”

“Okay for a play centre. Bits are blocked off so in need of repairs. Dark inside and most of the game machines don't work. Felt a bit run down in comparison to some other soft play centres. Staff friendly and a gigantic ball pit.”

“After reading the reviews last night I was hesitant to go this morning, but thought see for yourself. Plenty of parking, was charged £5 and my little one got toast and juice. My 10 month old loved the play area, it was clean from what I could see. Baby changing area clean. The girls at the front desk were polite and smiley, as was the chef lady. Ordered a coffee and forgot about it 🤣 the girls asked if it was warm enough and could change it. Not sure if we got lucky? But we shall be returning 😊”

“We are no stranger to Scallywags. Been our second home for years. Lovely people. This was our first Santa visit with our grandchildren and great grand babies and it was so heartwarming. Our Santa was so good with the children. They were having the best time. Plenty of room for the family in the grotto and plenty of time for a laugh with moms and dads. The elves had it all under control and We all loved the experience.”
