“Platzki is a restaurant worth recommending. Authentic Polish food. I was surprised how many flavours of vodka they offer. My favourite two were Pistachio and Hazelnut. The kitchen closes at 9pm so I would recommend to arrive before 8:30pm. They only offer desserts after 9pm.”

“I had an exceptional experience at Rock and Rose in Richmond! From the warm greeting at the entrance to the staff going above and beyond to make me feel special, every moment was delightful. The duck tacos and tuna sashimi were bursting with delicate flavours, and the chicken roast dinner was exactly what I needed after a night out. The cocktails were spectacular, and their presentation was extraordinary. Each course of the food was incredible, and I can't wait to return for another memorable dining experience!”

“Or room was much bigger than we expected and was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was the best I've had in any BnB and my poached eggs were cooked to perfection every time!. The pub has a good menu of pub classics to enjoy. “What a beautiful place. Fairy lights and lanterns on the ceiling and gorgeous wall paper. The staff brilliant. The food very tasty. The salt and chilli ribs super yum. Very kindly provided with extra fortune cookies at the end of the meal and after starters provided with the cute little hand wipes with the Chinese animal years on the packaging. Very much recommend this place and the location is brilliant if you have just been to the zoo especially or are staying in the holiday Inn as we was. Hidden gem 💎 🌟”

“Having driven past so many times decided to just pop in at the busiest time possible 7pm on a Friday no booking. The staff were amazing, and didn’t make us feel unwelcome and asked if it was ok to wait 30 minutes. Drinks were served and we were able to look at the amazing Christmas decorations which were really really special. The menu is incredible, choice is huge the poor chefs!!! We were shown to our table promptly and the whole restaurant atmosphere because of the amazing staff was homely. Food was really good, decent ingredients, well cooked with attention to detail, I will be going again, this time booking to not put them on the spot, thank you so much for fitting us in you’ve gain some loyal customers.”

“We had a fantastic meal here at Christmastime! Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals and we really loved the atmosphere! It was decked out with Christmas dex and very busy but it made for a great atmosphere for families, groups and couples. Even better the music didn't intrude lol. We will definitely go back here and can thoroughly recommend it, but make sure you book as it's a very popular, successful restaurant!”

“Simply the best! Good value, unbeatable noodles & broth. It was quite hard to get a menu (I needed the one with English translation) during the busy dinner time. Before ordering, a staff member very kindly explained the dishes to us and recommended what would suit my spicy tolerance level. I got the spicy beef noodles, it was not overly spicy. Beef was so tender and juicy, silky flavorful broth, noodle texture is moderately chewy. I could come back every week as the price was reasonable. Toilet was quite dark. Maybe the light didn’t work on the day I visited. Definitely will return if I’m in the area again. Hope they continue making wonderful affordable noodles!”

“Real gem of a restaurant in Barnstaple. We had some takeaway from here yesterday and it was great! We went for Singapore noodles, Nasi Goerang and some sides of chicken dishes and all of them tasted good and the portions were extremely filling and the prices were reasonable too. The staff were nice and we spoke about places to visit while we're here as I was collecting the food. Very satisfied with the meal and highly recommended!”
