“I have visited Anzu in Suwayama many times, which is famous for its porridge. This is my first visit to Motomachi. There were also table seats separated by the counter and the wall. The counter has a lively atmosphere. The cooking method is indescribably dynamic, made with the skill of my mother, but each flavor is delicate. On this day, we ate flat green onion noodles, shrimp spring rolls, stewed pork feet, shumai, and addictive porridge. Among them, we recommend the freshly fried shrimp spring rolls. It has a texture unique to rice paper, and the shrimp inside is still very plump. An irresistible dish for shrimp lovers Shumai is the most delicious in Kobe, so much so that I researched how to make it many times. The chewy texture of that topping is irresistible. The flavor is gentle and you can feel it, so you won't feel dry after eating, which is typical of Chinese food. The seasoning is probably too much for my liking.”
