“It was our first time visiting this delightful restaurant. Chill vibe with cool tabletops (see picture). The service is good. The only problem was I ordered (so I thought) was Bun Bo Hue (soup). However, there seemed to be a breakdown in communication. I received the steamed bun instead. It was a happy accident. I actually enjoyed the steamed buns very much!!! The flavor was amazing, and the portion size was just right. The buns were packed with delicious pork and fillings. My son ordered the wonton soup. The broth was AMAZING in flavor. The bowl was filled with a hefty portion of noodles, veggies, and wontons. Usually, you only receive 1 or 2 wontons in a serving. This bowl had 4, and each wonton was packed with pork filling, which was super flavorful. My son doesn't usually like port or wontons, but he LOVED these and ate them all. The milk teas were delicious. My son has Thai, and I had a taro. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pho Eva. We will be back!!!”

I wouldn't expect the options to be some Hispanic cuisines in it as well, the sweet & sour chicken with white meat it was delicious, the fried rice was hot when it came out, that's good to know they prepare it fresh! Chop suey was also good too. I didn't know they have bread as an entree lol! “This is one of the true 5 start reviews I can give in this area. I came here with a group of 4. The food was amazing. If you’re looking for great food that you can’t find at a chain restaurant this is a great place to go. We got the clam chowder fries - I was afraid this would be a soggy sloppy mess it was the opposite, extremely fresh crispy fries on top of a delicious clam chowder with actual clams. We also had the tuna crispy rice which was done just right. As well as the cabbage. For entrees we had the short rib pasta which was probably my favorite dish. As well as the branzino and the chicken thighs. They have a decent wine list but no actual liquor which was fine with us. The only things that I was not crazy about was that our table was next to the back door that kept opening and the hot air kept coming in and hitting me. I felt like I was sitting in apart of a service area. They also do not have the best desert options in my opinion. We did not order any. The service was above average but not the best. I could easily see this food being Michelin starred with a few tweaks.”
