“Absolutely amazing to place! Millie and her husband Richard are so sweet and welcoming, very polite and friendly. I love how they try to source as much of their ingredients locally and also use local ingredients to create their unique noodles. The food portions are very generous and taste fantastic, well worth the 30-45 minute wait as the food is freshly made to order. We took the opportunity to explore the area while waiting for our food and the Ross outlet a few minutes walk away kept us busy. As we were late on returning, Millie had so thoughtfully covered our packed food with towels to keep the food warm. Their cheesecakes and breads are equally delicious as well. We bought extra packets of their dried noodles in an attempt to recreate their delicious noodles at home!”

“Little bit pricey for breakfast but where it makes up for it is with the portions! The flavors and selections were exiting and many! Don’t let the long lines deter you, do make a reservation if you can’t wait, because the wait will be worth it. The champagne fluted are just the right size 🙂↕️. Otherwise the service is a little funky with the younger staff but nothing that should muddle your experience.”

“For how expensive it was, I was really disappointed my pork chop was overcooked. The seasoning was good, fresh Broccoli and mashed potatoes were really good. They had a large party that night and all of the appetizers were sold out, which was also disappointing.”

“My wife and I dropped in for a mid-afternoon lunch. We were happy with the cleanliness of the place, and it is nice and bright. The specials were posted outside and the Kalei's Bento sounded great. We got it and a chop salad with no protein to split. It came with Mochiko Chicken, Prawns, Beef, and Macaroni Salad. We wished we hadn't got it to split... Wow was it good - every bite was excellent! The staff were friendly and greeted everyone as they came in the door. The were happy to answer questions about the food for those not familiar with it. We'll be back!”

The Dan Bing was a bit thick, but I appreciated the pork floss they put in it. The potstickers had a nice flavor. My friend said that the lou rou fan was OK.”

I had the black pepper chicken that was seasoned wonderfully and my wife had the walnut shrimp. Delicious spring rolls as a starter. If you are staying at Islander or near by they definitely are a must try.”

“Absolutely the best service I've ever had at a restaurant! My husband and I came for a late dinner tonight and the Hostess Andrea seated us immediately and was so friendly and genuine. We ordered the soft Gau Gee Mein, Mongolian Beef, Mushroom Chicken, and sides of steamed rice. Everything came out quickly and steaming with deliciousness. We ate until we were full and there were still extras to take home for leftovers which is my favorite part! All the servers asked how we were throughout the meal and provided exceptional customer service. This is now my favorite go-to Chinese food spot. The restaurant and bathroom (with a hilarious sign hanging in there) were clean and inviting. I absolutely enjoyed my experience here, Happy Holidays!”
