“We came here for the first time on Friday for lunch and we weren’t disappointed. The service provided by Maria was fantastic. Our orders were taken promptly and our meals came out super fast. All of our food was delicious but a special mention goes to the Fried Dim Sims and the quality of meat used in the dishes. We also had the Beef & Back Bean Sauce (one of the best we’ve had) as well as the Garlic Chicken, which was delicious but not as strong in flavour, but we do love lots of garlic, so that’s a minor thing. The fried rice is delicious as well. We will definitely be back.”

Perfect for couple or family to have dinner there. Love the interior set up as well. Booking does need to be made prior to coming to the restaurant.”

The pork belly salad was a true work of art. The crispy, melt-in-your-mouth pork belly paired wonderfully with the fresh greens and zesty dressing. “First time trying yumcha in Adelaide, based on highest reviews on Google. Must say i was quite disappointed with the food. They quickly sat us down and were quick to give us tea and quick to collect our plates once we finished our food. (Which is standard at any yumcha place) The prawn dumpling 蝦餃 had thick and soggy skin that stuck to the metal, the prawn filling was nice but I believe how you know if the dumpling is good or not is based on how the skin turns out, not just the filling. This was unfortunately the same for the 韭菜餃 prawn and chive dumpling and shiu mai 燒賣. The only thing we liked was the chinese doughnut rice roll 炸兩 at least it was crispy when it was served. We tried the glutinous chicken too but the rice was super dry and strangely it was served inside a bun… Moving onto the super salty minced garlic that they put on top of the chicken feet 鳳爪 unfortunately did not help with the rating, definitely would not recommend for yumcha at all, there are nicer yumcha places i’m sure. Radish cake 蘿蔔糕 was crispy though, and custard lava cake 流沙包 was good but served cold as we were about to finish we heard the table behind us also complaining amongst themselves based on the taste of the food being “eww””

Variety of choices like seafood (blue swimmer crab, scallop), beef, chicken, pork, veggies and some snacks. Soft drinks and broth are included as well! “Cannot recommend this place enough! Near authentic experience, cosy food for me. Pricing is decent and there’s a variety of choice food wise. I really recommend trying the donut thing, my tip is to have a sauce bowl of just sugar, dip it in sugar (so good) or you can also dip it in soup (my 2nd favourite way, but bread gets soggy) I enjoyed the 2 menu I ordered in these pictures specifically, even though I enjoy the other menu as well. Been here multiple times and it’s always been decent! Water and stuff are self serve so bare in mind.”

“I was surprised by the fact the food wasn’t very good, reading from many high staring reviews. We ordered 3 pecking ducks which were pretty average apart from the hand made Peking duck wrapper. The duck soup was overly salty, and the duck fried rice was dry. The sweet and sour pork was all soft by the time it had gotten out. The service was decent. Tables were a bit squishy though, having to sit 13 people on a table that should fit 8-10.”
