“The food is great with reasonable portions and prices. However, the holiday drinks were a letdown. We ordered two holiday drinks and found them excessively sweet. Even after waiting for the ice to melt half, they were still too sweet. Could be the syrup or it is meant to be that sweet. My friend, a regular visitor, felt the same about her drink. When we informed our server about the issue, no solution was offered, such as replacing or returning the drinks. Disappointingly, we were still charged for them. To be fair, the other drink we ordered from the regular menu tasted better.”

“I got the salt and pepper calamari appetizer. To make it be enough food, I ordered 2 of them with an order of rice. Now this is a different take than what I’m used to on salt and paper calamari; the vegetables and calamari pieces were bigger and very flavorful. I think I like this take on it. I recommend it!”

“In the past when I got takeout here it was really good, some of the best Chinese food I’d had, but not this time. The chicken dish I ordered was so chewy and coated that I could barely tell it was chicken. It was supposed to be spicy but had no spice to it at all. I also ordered a vegetable dish that ended up coming with meat in it. The crab rangoons were still good, but I don’t think I’d come here again.”

“Quality was good; the double spicy broth has plenty of szechuan peppercorns and it's delicious. Going for the half and half split cauldron is a great way to have a flavorful broth for cooking, and a mild broth for souping. For two, a bit on the pricier side; meal would scale well for a larger party. There is certainly an "experience" aspect to what one pays for, so I'm sure it would be more fun for larger parties. The atmosphere was pleasant, not too loud, not too humid; great for a cold December evening.”

“Chinatown now offers sushi and a full bar! The service on this side was very friendly and the fish was very fresh. They have some interesting sushi appetizers that you don't see outside of Boston, which is a great addition to Stoughton. Our scorpion bowl was also great. We got some Chinese food To-Go as well and that was delicious. There are many bad reviews on here, but I must say, my experience was extremely positive @amp_eats (instagram and Facebook)”

“Large portions at good prices. The food is really tasty. Best to eat family style and share everything. We ordered fried tofu, salt and pepper squid, salt and pepper pork chops, clams in black bean sauce and watercress with garlic and it was more than enough food for 5 of us.”

“This is my second time ordering from them and my last. The egg roll was burnt and tasted like the oil was old, wonton soup had more veggies than broth and tasted watered down. The lo mein was mushy and overpowered with something that tasted like soy sauce. My girlfriend liked the spring roll for what it’s worth but way too pricey for this low quality food”

“My first time walking in this place. "Halloween 2023". Guy at the takeout counter seems kind of lackadaisical. I placed my order and I was shocked how quickly it was ready. No more than 7 minutes. Mind you I ordered everything well done. Chicken fingers boneless spare ribs beef teriyaki and pork fried rice. About a 15-minute ride home and then I open up the plate. I was expecting the rice to be a lot darker I was surprised how light it was but that's okay. Call spare ribs were I would say average not fatty not perfect but good. Beef teriyaki was tasty kind of a small portion but it was really good. The chicken fingers kind of match some of the other reviews I've seen kind of a small piece of meat lots of batter, "doughy"*. I've had much worse but these were tasty. They were the only Chinese food restaurant open at 10:30 at night on a Tuesday. I'd go back 👍”

“Was our go to place for Chinese in Walpole. However last nights dinner was the worst. Food label on pepper, and we ordered chicken pad Thai but received something different. Yellowish chicken, bean sprouts and noodles. It certainly didn’t even come close to tasting like a pad Thai.”

“I hate to be the one to say it, but this sequel is better than the original. I don't know what is different, but whenever I get food from here it tastes fresher and is more flavorful than the Original Jings. The service is rather quick too, I am able to order my food at the counter and be out the door in less than 10 minutes.”
