“Neat and clean room. Great location, on Kanakapura road with walkable distance to Metro stations and Jaya Nagar area. Service could have been better. I had delay in laundry service - pick up didn't happen even after informing receptionist. The receptionist have no idea about breakfast menu and charge. Location and cleanliness are great plus.”

“It is on the 10th floor. So if you sit on the end you'll have a nice view. Even the wind there was cold. It is quite expensive. But the ambience is great. The service was good but a bit slow I felt. We went on weekdays so it was not crowded but even then servicing was slow. The food was on point. We ordered chestnut roast, chicken dimsum, noodles with chicken curry, and prawns taco. We also had peach crush, Magnum and corona beer.”
