“Quite unpleasant experience with the front desk. I believe basic experiential elements of a hospitality business (such as courtesy, kindness and timely delivery( was unknown to the individual who greeted us in, Samantha, who claimed to be a supervisor and asserted his opinions on payments, shoes, and party configuration regardless of if it was requested or not. This is a destination that people come for fun, not to listen to a condescending and entitled individual, almost at the extent of verbal harassment. It was very uncomfortable and would avoid this place in the future at all costs.”
