Five Star Cinemas - Brisbane City (elizabeth St)
4.7
( 8 reviews )

175 Elizabeth St, Brisbane City QLD 4000, Australia

“It is always a unique experience of watching movies in this cinema, a heritage-listed building. Don't expect high picture quality and sound standard but I can say the ticket is worth every penny you spend. The staff are nice and friendly and will always help you.”

Deckchair Cinema
4.8
( 8 reviews )

Jervois Rd, Darwin City NT 0800, Australia

“Loved it! Great outdoor space, incredible sound, perfect visibility from any seat, cushions available, insect repellent available. The catering for our dinner was Indonesian and was a separate eating setting with tables and chairs. The food was really good. Drinks available at the bar. Nice atmosphere and just a good evening cooling off in the breeze.”

Ultimate Roomscape

( 8 reviews )

6/9 Bonner Dr, Malaga WA 6090, Australia

“We did and escape room today - 7 of us - the design was very clever however we found the space very small for all of us and difficult to work on challenges together. It was also very dark and difficult for some of our group to participate because of that. Good fun though”

“Just went to see Jason Statham’s Beekeeper movie in Cinema 8. Fantastic boutique cinema with excellent candy bar options, as well as licensed options for in cinema serving of snacks and drinks. All seats have electric recliners and are very comfortable. Best cinema in Brisbane’s very boutique inner city James Street district of Fortitude Valley. Thanks. 🙏”

Hoyts Forest Hill
4.4
( 8 reviews )

Canterbury Rd, Forest Hill VIC 3131, Australia

“Hoyts at Forest Hill Chase can be found on the third floor of the shopping complex. Free car parking, easy access, online ticket booking and food pre-ordering made for a seemless experience. I went to see 'Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny' in Cinema 4 which featured recliners which was great. No more being squished in seats that lack sufficient leg room. Highly recommend making Hoyts Forest Hill your movie destination.”

Wallis Cinema Mitcham

Mitcham Shopping Centre, Level 1/119 Belair Rd, Torrens Park SA 5062, Australia

“Went to the cinemas yesterday to see a movie around 2:40pm, initially there was no one at the desk so we queued where the signage was. We were then 'greeted' by one of the rudest ladies I have ever met!!!! I believe her name was Lois, before even speaking she made it known that our buying tickets was an inconvenience for her. She asked what tickets we were after, we are both students and I provided my physical card, whilst my friend used facial recognition and got her entire university id up with name etc. This lady was clearly not aware of such advances in technology that allowed people to verify things with their phones. Stating this wasn't good enough, you need to bring your card (in a modern world where people do not bring more than their phones and keys everywhere), and that 'oh well looks like you'll have to pay full price' with a huge sarcastic tone. I tried to offer solutions regarding showing a licence with her photo and name to verify this was the same as the login. However, Lois snapped back with 'well we don't need to muck around and waste time doing that' (even though she had just waisted much of our time debating). She was then very rude and short with choosing our seats. Overall, HORRIBLE customer service I have never felt so belittled by a staff member, will not be returning to this cinema!!!!”

Riley the party host was so fabulous with the kids. Riley helped me keep an eye on the children and kept them entertained. Thank you to all the staff. I really recommend ordering dominos as well. Metro Cinemas Lake Haven
4.5
( 8 reviews )

Forrow Dr, Lake Haven NSW 2263, Australia

“Not bad, definitely have improved in the year since I have been there. Screen quality is good, audio could be improved. Trailers never run for too long which is definitely a massive plus in comparison with other theatres. Seats are comfortable, with plenty of leg room. Carpet and overall design is a little outdated though. Still, a great cinema. Would recommend.”

Sun Pictures, Broome
4.7
( 8 reviews )

8 Carnarvon St, Broome WA 6725, Australia

“Had a great night at Sun Pictures. Sat in the deck chairs in the open air, took some cushions and a pizza and sat back and enjoyed the longest running out door theatre in the world. Bought beers and Prosecco and choc bombs and the processing was very reasonable. Certainly worth a visit to have the odd plane flying over head to land at the airport.”

Golden Age Cinema & Bar
4.6
( 8 reviews )

80 Commonwealth St, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia

“We went to see Past Lives which was SUCH a special movie - I can’t stop thinking about it. The cinema is so cute - love the quaintness of a small movie theatre. Comfortable seats & great facilities. The bar is also super cute & sexy - such cool interior design & they make excellent cocktails. The Dirty Martini & Mai Tai were great, as was the Bitters Lime & Lemon. The bar menu is super too. Overall such a cool place to go. The bar staff are next level, I was admiring the cocktails & said I needed to take a photo of them. Next thing, they enhanced my photo by posing gorgeously in the background - how very lovely of them?!!! 😆🤩😆 Seriously though, they’re a great bunch, & there’s also a DJ set up too, so give them a visit!”

Rooftop Movies
4.6
( 16 reviews )

68 Roe St, Perth WA 6000, Australia

“Fun little night out. So convenient it’s on top of a car park. Burgers were good and have gluten free option. Snack bar is good. I found it’s not overly packed, so there was never really a long wait to order your food and drinks. Also not a long line for the bathroom. We did have to leave early as the movie stopped working but these thing happen! What can you do 🤷🏼‍♀️ will be back 😌”

Gu Film House Adelaide

“Great movie theatre with new and well-maintained facilities. Very comfortable and clean seats. Amazing sound systems, which is expected from all Event-affiliated cinema. I usually pay a bit more for Vmax screen, which is amazing. They also have family saver prices and some great deals in the afternoon.”

Reading Cinemas Charlestown
4.3
( 8 reviews )

30 Pearson St, Charlestown NSW 2290, Australia

“Looks clean and inviting from outside but once you enter the cinema you are hit by a horrendous smell which puts you off immediately. We were in Cinema 6 not sure about others. I see the management still hasn't done anything to address the issue from previous patrons comments about the smell. Smells like multiple urinations on carpets/seats or mould/moisture in the room. Definately can't be hygenic/healthy. Sort it out will you and deep clean the place!!!! or lose business to Hoyts.”
