It's a comfortable, scenic ride and a lovely experience especially if you are accompanied by very old people or very young kids. Important to note: kids under six can ride the tram for free , obviously accompanied by their adult.”

“Had a great time here. We were part of a fundraising event which I never knew one could arrange through the theaters. We brought our own snacks so I can't comment on the food but the staff are very accommodating and friendly, the theme we had was 80s rock and the performance was excellent. Looking forward to the next rocking night party.”

“Ratanga Park is a lovely place for a picnic and is perfect for the kids. There is a tram that takes you around Canal Walk, which is a fun little experience, taking you back to the days when trams were popular. It is exceptionally aesthetic and clean. The park is also used for concerts and other activities. It has an art tour as well. Check it out!”

“Paid for the VIP experience but was treated like general access . There was only one person behind the counter at the VIP section, we waited a very long time to place our snacks & refreshments, we ordered a bottle of wine which came to us so late, our popcorn was already finished. It was an awful experience. They were definitely short staffed”

“The staff were extremely rude. The supervisor, Magdalene was especially disrespectful and argued with much attitude that we could not bring in tap water when the signs clearly state that you may not bring any food “purchased” outside of this cinema. They made us pour out our bottles and purchase their R25 500ml disposable bottles. The movie we went to see started 15 minutes late with minimal communication from the staff. We were 2 of 6 people in the entire cinema, far outnumbered by staff and we were treated absolutely poorly.”
